Los ministerios de Educaci\u00f3n, Ciencia y Tecnolog\u00eda y de Obras P\u00fablicas, con la participaci\u00f3n del Colegio de Arquitectos de Santiago del Estero, firmaron este jueves un convenio para desarrollar prototipos de escuelas de los niveles inicial, primario y secundario de todo el \u00e1mbito provincial.
La iniciativa del Gobernador Elias Su\u00e1rez busca fortalecer la infraestructura educativa mediante propuestas arquitect\u00f3nicas que contemplen criterios de sustentabilidad, funcionalidad y bajo mantenimiento.
El acuerdo se enmarca en el Convenio Marco de Cooperaci\u00f3n y Fortalecimiento de Capacidades T\u00e9cnicas para la Gesti\u00f3n P\u00fablica y contempla la organizaci\u00f3n de un concurso provincial de ideas entre arquitectos, cuyas bases y condiciones ser\u00e1n elaboradas de manera conjunta por representantes de la provincia y del Colegio de Arquitectos.
Participaron de la firma la ministra de Educaci\u00f3n, Ciencia y Tecnolog\u00eda, Mariela Nassif; el ministro de Obras, Servicios P\u00fablicos y Agua, Aldo Ren\u00e9 H\u00edd; el secretario ejecutivo del Consejo Econ\u00f3mico Social, Miguel Mandrille; el presidente del Colegio de Arquitectos de Santiago del Estero, Claudio Padilla; el director de Arquitectura de la provincia, Daniel Fernando Montes, y el subsecretario de Educaci\u00f3n, profesor Alejandro P\u00edccoli.
La ministra Nassif destac\u00f3 la importancia del trabajo articulado entre el Estado y los colegios profesionales para incorporar conocimientos t\u00e9cnicos a los proyectos p\u00fablicos. \u201cEstamos sumando a las capacidades del Estado los recursos t\u00e9cnicos que pueden aportarnos los consejos profesionales, en esta oportunidad, el Colegio de Arquitectos nos va a aportar un prototipo que servir\u00e1 para futuros proyectos de obras educativas en el interior de la provincia\u201d, expres\u00f3.
La funcionaria remarc\u00f3 que la propuesta permitir\u00e1 avanzar hacia un modelo de escuela sustentable y mejorar la calidad de los espacios destinados a la ense\u00f1anza. Tambi\u00e9n se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el trabajo conjunto contribuir\u00e1 a fortalecer las obras de construcci\u00f3n y remodelaci\u00f3n de establecimientos educativos.
Por su parte, el presidente del Colegio de Arquitectos, Claudio Padilla, manifest\u00f3 su satisfacci\u00f3n por la firma del acuerdo y destac\u00f3 la posibilidad de participar en el dise\u00f1o de nuevas propuestas para la infraestructura escolar.
\u201cEstamos muy agradecidos de firmar este convenio, participar en algo tan importante como generar un prototipo de escuela para nosotros es algo muy importante. La idea de generar v\u00ednculos con el Estado es una cuesti\u00f3n que desde un principio hemos querido lograr\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n
