{"id":2173,"date":"2024-05-09T21:09:22","date_gmt":"2024-05-09T21:09:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/horizontesboreal.online\/?p=2173"},"modified":"2024-05-09T21:09:23","modified_gmt":"2024-05-09T21:09:23","slug":"entregan-viviendas-sociales-a-familias-de-nueva-esperanza-y-de-los-parajes-el-ojito-y-el-quemado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/horizontesboreal.online\/?p=2173","title":{"rendered":"ENTREGAN VIVIENDAS SOCIALES A FAMILIAS DE NUEVA ESPERANZA Y DE LOS PARAJES EL OJITO Y EL QUEMADO"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El Gobierno de la provincia realiz\u00f3 este mi\u00e9rcoles por la tarde en la ciudad de Nueva Esperanza la entrega oficial de 10 viviendas sociales a familias de esta ciudad cabecera del departamento Pellegrini y de los parajes El Ojito y El Quemado.<br>Del total de casas, siete fueron construidas por la Municipalidad de Nueva Esperanza trav\u00e9s del Ministerio de Desarrollo Social de la provincia, y las tres restantes por la Asociaci\u00f3n Uni\u00f3n y progreso Nueva Esperanza, a cargo de Diego Infantes.<br>El acto de entrega de llaves y certificados se llev\u00f3 a cabo en la casa de Iris Paola Gerez; estuvo encabezado por el ministro de Desarrollo Social, \u00c1ngel Niccolai, junto con el intendente Arnaldo Cazazola.<br>Tambi\u00e9n participaron la diputada provincial Tomaza Salvatierra y los comisionados de Campo Grande, Jos\u00e9 Pereyra; de Villa Mercedes, V\u00edctor Escobar; de Quebracho Coto, Omar D\u00edaz, y de El Moj\u00f3n, Mario Wilson Ver\u00f3n.<br>Tras sus palabras de bienvenida, Cazazola elogi\u00f3 esta pol\u00edtica habitacional que lleva adelante la provincia y resalt\u00f3 la importancia de este programa que sigue en marcha a pesar del contexto econ\u00f3mico que atraviesa el pa\u00eds, porque \u00abpermite que las familias de escasos recursos puedan acceder al techo propio en el lugar de sus afectos\u201d.<br>A su turno, el ministro Niccolai transmiti\u00f3 el saludo del gobernador Gerardo Zamora y felicit\u00f3 a quienes colaboraron con la construcci\u00f3n de las viviendas. Tambi\u00e9n hizo referencia a la dif\u00edcil situaci\u00f3n de muchos sectores del pa\u00eds a causa de los recortes efectuados por la Naci\u00f3n y sus consecuencias en las provincias.<br>En ese sentido, remarc\u00f3 que \u00abel programa Viviendas Sociales es uno de los emblemas de este Gobierno provincial\u201d y anunci\u00f3 que \u201cen las pr\u00f3ximas semanas estaremos llegando a m\u00e1s de 30 mil viviendas sociales entregadas de manera gratuita a familias santiague\u00f1as\u201d.<br>Agreg\u00f3: \u201cEsto implica que son 150 mil personas que han cambiado su calidad de vida, que han mejorado su condici\u00f3n ante la sociedad, gener\u00e1ndoles expectativas nuevas, esperanzas nuevas y motivaciones para seguir adelante.
