{"id":2225,"date":"2024-05-14T15:18:29","date_gmt":"2024-05-14T15:18:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/horizontesboreal.online\/?p=2225"},"modified":"2024-05-15T00:09:41","modified_gmt":"2024-05-15T00:09:41","slug":"para-la-prevencion-de-infecciones-respiratoriascomenzo-la-aplicacion-de-palivizumab-a-ninos-y-ninas-prematuros-de-alto-riesgoen-el-servicio-de-neonatologia-del-hospital-regional-dr-ramon-car","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/horizontesboreal.online\/?p=2225","title":{"rendered":"COMENZ\u00d3 LA APLICACI\u00d3N DE PALIVIZUMAB A NI\u00d1OS Y NI\u00d1AS PREMATUROS DE ALTO RIESGO"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2>Para la prevenci\u00f3n de infecciones respiratorias<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En el Servicio de Neonatolog\u00eda del Hospital Regional \u201cDr. Ram\u00f3n Carrillo\u201d, comenz\u00f3 la aplicaci\u00f3n de anticuerpos monoclonales contra el virus sincicial respiratorio Palivizumab para la prevenci\u00f3n de infecciones respiratorias bajas graves producidas por el virus sincicial respiratorio en beb\u00e9s prematuros de alto riesgo.La Direcci\u00f3n de Maternidad e Infancia coordina la estrategia que tiene como destinatarios a los ni\u00f1os y ni\u00f1as prematuros menores o igual a 32 semanas de edad gestacional o con peso al nacer menor o igual a 1500 gramos, hasta los 6 meses de edad cronol\u00f3gica al inicio de la temporada de administraci\u00f3n del anticuerpo, es decir, los nacidos a partir del 1\u00b0 de noviembre del a\u00f1o anterior.La Dra. Norma Anzani, referente del \u00e1rea de Ni\u00f1ez explic\u00f3 que esta aplicaci\u00f3n protege a los beb\u00e9s de estas patolog\u00edas que pueden causar alta morbilidad y mortalidad. \u201cSe busca cuidar a los ni\u00f1os y ni\u00f1as que no han terminado de formar su sistema inmune, entonces se los refuerza durante esos meses de invierno y se coloca hasta agosto\u201d.La estrategia se viene realizando desde el a\u00f1o 2014 y este a\u00f1o se complementa con la nueva vacuna contra el Virus Sincicial Respiratorio que se coloca a las embarazadas a partir de las 32 semanas hasta las 36 semanas y media. \u201cTodas las embarazadas deben recibir la vacuna para la bronquiolitis contra el virus sincicial respiratorio y de esa manera quedan protegidos los ni\u00f1os y ni\u00f1as reci\u00e9n nacidos sanos\u201d, concluy\u00f3 la Dra.
