{"id":2740,"date":"2024-06-18T16:11:50","date_gmt":"2024-06-18T16:11:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/horizontesboreal.online\/?p=2740"},"modified":"2024-06-18T16:11:51","modified_gmt":"2024-06-18T16:11:51","slug":"importante-jornada-en-la-residencia-mama-antula-en-el-dia-de-la-toma-de-conciencia-del-abuso-y-maltrato-en-la-vejez","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/horizontesboreal.online\/?p=2740","title":{"rendered":"IMPORTANTE JORNADA EN LA RESIDENCIA \u00abMAMA ANTULA\u00bb EN EL D\u00cdA DE LA TOMA DE CONCIENCIA DEL ABUSO Y MALTRATO EN LA VEJEZ"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En el marco del D\u00eda Internacional de la Toma de Conciencia del Abuso y Maltrato en la Vejez, en la ma\u00f1ana de este martes se llev\u00f3 a cabo en la Residencia de Larga Estad\u00eda \u201cMama Antula\u201d de La Banda una serie de actividades con la participaci\u00f3n de autoridades provinciales, organismos del Estado y organizaciones civiles comprometidas con la defensa y promoci\u00f3n de los derechos de las personas de la tercera edad.<br>Estuvieron presentes el ministro de Desarrollo Social, \u00c1ngel Niccolai; el subsecretario de Desarrollo Social, Ramiro Banco; el subsecretario de Defensa Civil, Mario Guzm\u00e1n; la directora general de Adultos Mayores, Luc\u00eda Witte, y representantes de la Universidad Nacional de Santiago del Estero; del Consejo Consultivo del Adulto Mayor, centros de jubilados de Santiago Capital y de La Banda, entre otros.<br>La jornada estuvo organizada por la Residencia \u201cMama Antula\u201d con la participaci\u00f3n de la Subsecretar\u00eda de Defensa Civil, Cruz Roja, Polic\u00eda de la Provincia, Secretar\u00eda de Salud de La Banda, Gendarmer\u00eda Nacional y los colegios secundarios \u201cInti Huasi\u201d y \u201cJes\u00fas el Maestro\u201d de La Banda, quienes montaron stand informativos para concientizar sobre la tem\u00e1tica.<br>En referencia a toma de conciencia del abuso y el maltrato en la vejez, Luc\u00eda Witte expres\u00f3: \u201cComo instituci\u00f3n necesitamos plantear este tema, no como un reconocimiento de derecho, sino como el reconocimiento m\u00e1s profundo de la importancia de no tratar mal a un adulto o persona mayor. En este d\u00eda tambi\u00e9n recordamos a todas las personas que se han ido siendo v\u00edctimas de violencia o de maltrato\u201d.<br>Por su parte, Niccolai dijo: \u201cEs una fecha trascendente y que tiene much\u00edsima calidad porque tenemos que tomar conciencia que el abuso y el maltrato contra nuestros adultos mayores no solamente se producen en la vida cotidiana de una manera f\u00edsica o psicol\u00f3gica en el \u00e1rea familiar donde conviven con sus queridos, sino tambi\u00e9n la violencia es institucional porque es maltrato y abuso cuando se toman medidas que implican una repercusi\u00f3n negativa\u201d.<br>\u201cEn este d\u00eda \u2013agreg\u00f3- tenemos que tomar conciencia y es muy importante que hoy estemos aqu\u00ed.
