Con la presencia del jefe de Gabinete de Ministros, El\u00edas Su\u00e1rez, en representaci\u00f3n del gobernador Gerardo Zamora, se realiz\u00f3 este mi\u00e9rcoles por la ma\u00f1ana en el Nodo Tecnol\u00f3gico la ceremonia de apertura de las XVIII Jornadas Nacionales de Infraestructura de Datos Espaciales de la Rep\u00fablica Argentina (IDERA), bajo el lema, \u00abLa IDE al servicio de territorios sostenibles y ciudades inteligentes\u00bb, actividad que se desarrollar\u00e1 hasta el viernes 5 de julio.
El Gobierno de Santiago del Estero, a trav\u00e9s de la Secretar\u00eda de Ciencia y Tecnolog\u00eda, junto a Infraestructura de Datos Espaciales de la Rep\u00fablica Argentina (IDERA) y el Instituto Geogr\u00e1fico Nacional (IGN), lleva adelante este evento anual, el m\u00e1s importante del pa\u00eds sobre producci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n geoespacial, interoperabilidad de datos geogr\u00e1ficos e implementaci\u00f3n de geotecnolog\u00edas.
De la apertura tambi\u00e9n participaron la ministra de Educaci\u00f3n, Ciencia y Tecnolog\u00eda, Mariela Nassif; el presidente del Instituto Geogr\u00e1fico Nacional, Jorge Horacio Machuca; el secretario de Ciencia y Tecnolog\u00eda, Adri\u00e1n Su\u00e1rez y el director de Gesti\u00f3n P\u00fablica, Ricardo Montenegro. Adem\u00e1s de los rectores de las universidades locales, referentes de organismos nacionales y provinciales, profesionales, organizaciones del sector privado e interesados a la tem\u00e1tica.
En referencia a la actividad, Montenegro dijo: \u201cSantiago del Estero ha iniciado un camino donde fuimos atravesando distintos hitos a lo largo de estos a\u00f1os desde el punto de vista tecnol\u00f3gico y de gesti\u00f3n. Esto nos lleva a los que generamos datos e informaci\u00f3n a que podamos brindar de la mejor manera posible elementos para la toma de decisiones para que esa informaci\u00f3n, a quienes estamos en el sector p\u00fablico, mejore la vida de cada uno de los habitantes de nuestro territorio; adem\u00e1s sirve para el sector acad\u00e9mico, empresario y para el sector de la sociedad civil\u201d.
A su turno, Machuca resalt\u00f3 la importancia de este espacio que \u201cpretende integrar la informaci\u00f3n geo espacial que se produce a lo largo y a lo ancho de toda Argentina con todos los distintos estamentos con la intenci\u00f3n de ponerla a disposici\u00f3n a todas aquellas que necesitan para fortalecer a nuestro pa\u00eds y en un mont\u00f3n de \u00e1reas para fortalecer y facilitar a los que trabajan en las \u00e1reas de crecimiento, educaci\u00f3n e investigaci\u00f3n; fortalecer fundamentalmente a aquellos que tienen el trabajo dif\u00edcil de tomar decisiones para que \u00e9ste sea un mejor pa\u00eds d\u00eda a d\u00eda\u201d se\u00f1al\u00f3.
El discurso de cierre del acto estuvo a cargo del jefe de Gabinete, quien transmiti\u00f3 el saludo del gobernador y destac\u00f3 la presencia de especialistas en un tema fundamental para quienes tienen la responsabilidad de tomar decisiones estrat\u00e9gicas.
Expres\u00f3: \u201cEs importante contar con los mejores datos para la gesti\u00f3n y la aplicaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas que implican llevar adelante una gesti\u00f3n pol\u00edtica que no sea solo favorable al medioambiente, sino a los que habitamos en \u00e9l y de esta manera eficientizar la econom\u00eda y el bienestar de los ciudadanos\u201d.
En cada una de las jornadas habr\u00e1 conferencias de especialistas nacionales e internacionales, ponencias, presentaciones institucionales, talleres y hasta un \u201cmapat\u00f3n\u201d organizado por Geolibres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
