Como parte del Ecosistema Digital de Integrabilidad de Santiago del Estero, se realiz\u00f3 este mi\u00e9rcoles la firma de convenios para la incorporaci\u00f3n formal del Instituto de Obra Social del Empleado Provincial al \u201cGobierno Inteligente\u201d, mediante el Sistema de Interoperatibilidad de Datos Digitales que permite hacer m\u00e1s eficiente la gesti\u00f3n, reducir costos y mejorar los servicios a los ciudadanos.
Estos convenios, respaldados por el gobernador Gerardo Zamora, representan un paso crucial hacia el fortalecimiento de un \u201cGobierno Inteligente\u201d, que no solo busca innovar, sino tambi\u00e9n optimizar recursos y procesos administrativos en beneficio directo de los ciudadanos.
Estuvieron presentes la ministra de Justicia y Derechos Humanos, Matilde O’Mill; el presidente del Iosep, Ra\u00fal Ayuch; el jefe de Departamento de Inform\u00e1tica de la obra social, Orlando Cesar Cukla; el director del Registro del Estado Civil y Capacidad de las Personas, Gonzalo Mart\u00edn Ach\u00e1val; la gerente general de Conocimiento, Investigaci\u00f3n, Innovaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo Sociedad del Estado, Ariatna Molinari; el subgerente de Sistemas, Juan Carlos Morales, y la directora de Innovaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo Digital, Giannina Nediani.
En primera instancia se firm\u00f3 un convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n entre el Ministerio de Justicia, el Iosep y la Direcci\u00f3n de Innovaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo Digital, en el marco del ecosistema digital de integralidad de la provincia, con el objeto de otorgar autorizaci\u00f3n al organismo consumidor para acceder a las fuentes aut\u00e9nticas que se encuentren disponibles en el Ecosistema Digital de Integrabilidad de la provincia, previo acuerdo de nivel de servicio con el organismo proveedor de datos, todo conforme al presente y en cumplimiento de la normativa vigente dispuesta por la autoridad de aplicaci\u00f3n en la materia que en cada caso corresponda.
El segundo convenio espec\u00edfico de interoperabilidad fue firmado entre las autoridades del Iosep y del Registro del Estado Civil y Capacidad de las Personas, para dar operatividad al nuevo paradigma de \u00abGobierno Inteligente\u00bb que busca innovar y optimizar recursos, procesos y tr\u00e1mites administrativos, implementando un sistema avanzado para el intercambio de datos de forma segura, controlable, \u00e1gil y confidencial, con el objeto de potenciar el trabajo de la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica al servicio del ciudadano.
En este sentido, la ministra O\u00b4Mill resalt\u00f3 la importancia del intercambio de datos, \u201cporque es una gran herramienta que nos permite mejorar los servicios que brindamos, reducir costos y lograr mayor eficiencia operativa\u201d.
\u201cNo es solamente un proceso de digitalizaci\u00f3n, sino todo un proceso que nos permite tener esa fuente de pase aut\u00e9ntica, que ahora con este convenio con el Iosep, y la posibilidad de inteoperar esos datos, va a producir esa cooperaci\u00f3n entre organizaciones, va simplificar muchos procesos y le va a simplificar, sobre todo, la vida al ciudadano santiague\u00f1o, dando mejores servicios y mejores respuestas acorde al ciudadano de hoy\u201d, agreg\u00f3.
Por su parte, Ra\u00fal Ayuch resalt\u00f3 la posibilidad de trabajar en conjunto con los dem\u00e1s organismos, \u201cponiendo a disposici\u00f3n todos la buena voluntad y cooperar con el que lo necesite, para que podamos lograr de esta manera estos objetivos en el corto o mediano plazo\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
