Con el objetivo de fortalecer las capacidades del personal de distintas \u00e1reas mediante herramientas necesarias para eficientizar el trabajo siempre al servicio de la comunidad, se realiz\u00f3 este viernes por la tarde el lanzamiento formal de los Ciclos de la Escuela de Capacitaci\u00f3n Profesional para Agentes del Estado, organizados bajo la \u00f3rbita de la Jefatura de Gabinete y del Ministerio de Justicia y Derechos Humanos. En esta oportunidad, las clases est\u00e1n dirigidas a las \u00e1reas de Legales, Despacho, Maestranza y Atenci\u00f3n al P\u00fablico.
El acto se desarroll\u00f3 en el Sal\u00f3n Auditorio de Casa de Gobierno, encabezado por el jefe de Gabinete, El\u00edas Su\u00e1rez, junto con la ministra de Justicia y Derechos Humanos, Matilde O’Mill y el secretario de Salud, Cesar Monti.
Las palabras de apertura estuvieron a cargo del jefe de Gabinete, quien destac\u00f3 que \u201cestos ciclos de capacitaci\u00f3n tienen que ver con la vocaci\u00f3n y la voluntad de ser cada vez m\u00e1s eficientes y esto implica contar con una estrategia para tener un gobierno m\u00e1s eficaz, poner a disposici\u00f3n de la gente estas herramientas para resolver los problemas r\u00e1pidamente y contar con una legislaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s moderna\u201d.
Agreg\u00f3: \u201cHemos analizado con el gobernador Gerardo Zamora y con distintas \u00e1reas ministeriales la importancia de cursos de capacitaci\u00f3n para responder eficientemente a las demandas de la sociedad y para eso tenemos que aplicar bien los recursos y ponemos nuestras expectativas en lograr los objetivos\u201d.
Tambi\u00e9n resalt\u00f3 los avances alcanzados en materia administrativa, como la implementaci\u00f3n del expediente electr\u00f3nico que permite avanzar r\u00e1pidamente y con mayor eficiencia. De igual manera alent\u00f3 al uso de las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas y la inteligencia artificial como \u201cun tema que no podemos soslayar, que est\u00e1 presente y viene a dar un nuevo salto de calidad en la gesti\u00f3n.
Por su parte, la ministra de Justicia detall\u00f3 que en esta oportunidad ser\u00e1n cuatro las \u00e1reas de impacto de estos ciclos: \u201cAtenci\u00f3n al p\u00fablico con un taller din\u00e1mico de inteligencia emocional, hoy con la nueva ley de tr\u00e1mites administrativos abogados y agentes del Estado. Luego, Maestranza y mantenimiento con temas de higiene y seguridad; y por \u00faltimo las \u00e1reas de Despacho muy vinculadas a asesor\u00eda legal y tr\u00e1mites administrativos que van a desarrollarse entre el mes de julio y el mes de noviembre y finaliza con evaluaciones\u00bb.
Adelant\u00f3 adem\u00e1s que est\u00e1 confirmada para el 15 de agosto la clase de Inteligencia Artificial para la Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica, dictada por una especialista de la Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA) sobre las potenciales herramientas que puede dar para dict\u00e1menes y an\u00e1lisis de casos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
