la presencia de autoridades y personal de los centros carcelarios de la provincia, este martes por la ma\u00f1ana se realiz\u00f3 en el Complejo N\u00b0 4 de Colonia Pinto, departamento Robles, el acto central por el D\u00eda del Servicio Penitenciario con la entrega de reconocimientos, diplomas y desfile.<br>Estuvieron presentes la ministra de Justicia y Derechos Humanos, Matilde O\u2019Mill; el subsecretario de Justicia, Ramiro Santill\u00e1n; la directora general del Servicio Penitenciario Provincial, Mar\u00eda Rosa Coria de Lezana; el director del Complejo Penitenciario N\u00b0 4, Rogelio D\u00edaz Villalba, entre otras autoridades.<br>Durante el acto se realiz\u00f3 la invocaci\u00f3n religiosa en honor a Nuestra Se\u00f1ora del Carmen (patrona del servicio penitenciario) por parte del padre Alejandro Garc\u00eda, el saludo a las agrupaciones y el reconocimiento a los agentes fallecidos y al personal en servicio.<br>En este sentido, Coria resalt\u00f3 la vocaci\u00f3n de todos los agentes del sistema, \u201cla labor que desempe\u00f1an diariamente y el crecimiento institucional gracias al apoyo del Gobierno provincial con las herramientas necesarias, que permite seguir organizando capacitaciones, encuentros y jornadas\u201d.<br>A su turno, Santill\u00e1n tambi\u00e9n valor\u00f3 el compromiso de todo el personal penitenciario y ratific\u00f3 el apoyo del Estado santiague\u00f1o con el sistema carcelario.<br>Finalmente, O\u2019Mill destac\u00f3 la importancia de cada hombre y mujer que presta servicio en las c\u00e1rceles de la provincia, como \u00abpilares fundamentales en el sistema de justicia\u201d, y remarc\u00f3 adem\u00e1s que \u201csu labor va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la custodia de la seguridad, porque son facilitadores de esperanza y rehabilitaci\u00f3n, y esa vocaci\u00f3n demuestra que la seguridad y la humanidad puede existir\u201d.<br>\u201cEstos \u00faltimos tres a\u00f1os \u2013agreg\u00f3 la ministra- la provincia hizo una inversi\u00f3n significativa en el \u00e1rea\u201d, al hacer referencia a la creaci\u00f3n de dos nuevos centros penitenciarios donde se trabaja sobre la idea fundamental de que la \u00abjusticia debe brindar segundas oportunidades\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-3 wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image
