El gobernador Gerardo Zamora dej\u00f3 inaugurado este lunes por la ma\u00f1ana en Estaci\u00f3n Zanj\u00f3n, departamento Capital, el barrio Esperanza compuesto por 61 unidades habitacionales, ejecutadas a trav\u00e9s del Instituto Provincial de Vivienda y Urbanismo. Tambi\u00e9n entreg\u00f3 14 viviendas sociales construidas con colaboraci\u00f3n de la comisi\u00f3n municipal local con fondos aportados a trav\u00e9s del Ministerio de Desarrollo Social.
Adem\u00e1s, dej\u00f3 formalmente habilitado 2.000 metros de pavimento de hormig\u00f3n, una plaza y la restauraci\u00f3n del Centro Cultural que funciona en el antiguo edificio de la estaci\u00f3n de ferrocarril.
El recorrido comenz\u00f3 por el renovado Centro Cultural. All\u00ed el mandatario fue recibido por el comisionado municipal de Estaci\u00f3n Zanj\u00f3n, Ram\u00f3n Aguirre, donde hizo el corte de cintas junto con el vicegobernador Carlos Silva Neder; el jefe de Gabinete, El\u00edas Su\u00e1rez; el senador Jos\u00e9 Emilio Neder y los ministros de Obras P\u00fablicas, Aldo Hid; de Desarrollo Social, \u00c1ngel Niccolai, y de Gobierno, Marcelo Barbur.
Tambi\u00e9n particip\u00f3 de este emotivo momento Don Jos\u00e9 Castillo, de 84 a\u00f1os, uno de los m\u00e1s antiguos pobladores de la zona.
Luego, las autoridades se trasladaron al domicilio de Eugenia Torres, para la inauguraci\u00f3n y entrega simb\u00f3lica de llaves a 14 familias beneficiadas con viviendas sociales. El recorrido finaliz\u00f3 en el barrio Esperanza, donde se procedi\u00f3 a plantar un \u00e1rbol como parte de la campa\u00f1a de forestaci\u00f3n que promueve el gobernador en toda la provincia.
En el nuevo hogar de Mar\u00eda Ferreyra y Julio Maldonado se hizo el corte de cintas mediante el cual se dej\u00f3 inaugurado el complejo compuesto por 61 viviendas, de las cuales 36 fueron entregadas en esta ocasi\u00f3n y otras 25 ser\u00e1n otorgadas en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas.
En este caso se sumaron a la ceremonia el secretario de Obras P\u00fablicas, Jorge Zua\u00edn; el presidente del Ipvu, Augusto Du Bois y la secretaria t\u00e9cnica de Relaciones P\u00fablicas del Ipvu, Sara Ayuch Tarchini, quienes participaron de la entrega simb\u00f3lica de llaves.
Durante su discurso, Zamora destac\u00f3 la importancia de sostener los programas habitacionales porque representan mejor calidad de vida para miles de santiague\u00f1os y la generaci\u00f3n de empleo para muchos m\u00e1s.
Tambi\u00e9n hizo referencia al mensaje del Papa Francisco y su condena de individualismo que se propaga por el mundo, \u201cque nos aleja de la vida en comunidad\u201d y promueve \u201calgunas ideas como hacer desaparecer la sociedad y el Estado como organizaci\u00f3n fundamental y por sobre todas las cosas la solidaridad\u201d.
Por ese motivo valor\u00f3 la participaci\u00f3n solidaria de las organizaciones de las sociales y de los municipios de todo el territorio para seguir adelante con acciones para el bienestar de la gente, como la construcci\u00f3n de viviendas sociales que permite, adem\u00e1s de erradicar ranchos, combatir el Mal de Chagas.
\u201cPor eso digo que nada se logra individualmente, ni la salud ni la educaci\u00f3n, ni la organizaci\u00f3n social en ciudades, pueblos y en cualquier localidad donde podemos llevar adelante nuestras vidas\u201d, agreg\u00f3.
En sentido, dijo que Santiago del Estero seguir\u00e1 luchando por la generaci\u00f3n de empleo y expres\u00f3 su deseo de reactivar pronto las obras que se encuentran paralizadas por falta de financiamiento de la Naci\u00f3n. Oportunidad en la que anunci\u00f3 la construcci\u00f3n de una plaza para el barrio Esperanza, proyecto que ser\u00e1 trabajado con la comuna una vez completada la entrega de las viviendas.
\u201cCon fe en Dios y en nuestras propias fuerzas vamos a sacar a la provincia adelante entre todos. Esa es la idea que nos tiene que unir a todos, por encima de las cuestiones secundarias\u201d, concluy\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
