En el marco del D\u00eda de la Industria Nacional, el gobernador Gerardo Zamora, junto al vicegobernador Carlos Silva Neder y al jefe de Gabinete, El\u00edas Su\u00e1rez, particip\u00f3 este lunes de la inauguraci\u00f3n de la nueva planta de producci\u00f3n de la firma Honde\u00f1os, ubicada en Av. Aguirre al 2.400 del B\u00ba Mariano Moreno de la ciudad Capital; y de la f\u00e1brica de producci\u00f3n de bebidas Weisburd, la primera destiler\u00eda formalmente habilitada de la provincia ubicada en el Parque Industrial de La Banda, dedicada a la elaboraci\u00f3n de cerveza artesanal, gin, vodka y el primer whisky santiague\u00f1o.
El primer corte de cintas se realiz\u00f3 en la f\u00e1brica de alfajores que inicia su actividad con un plantel de 15 trabajadores para la elaboraci\u00f3n de productos destinados a exportaci\u00f3n, con una capacidad de producci\u00f3n de 52 mil alfajores cada 8 horas de las variedades: negro, blanco, de maicena y membrillo. Adem\u00e1s, los directivos ya tienen proyectado para el a\u00f1o 2025 sumar una f\u00e1brica de helados artesanales.
En este caso, Zamora acompa\u00f1\u00f3 al gerente Jos\u00e9 Roger S\u00e1nchez y a otros directivos de la empresa en este momento tan especial. Tambi\u00e9n estuvieron el subsecretario de Industria, Llamil Abdala, el subsecretario de Relaciones Institucionales, Ricardo Sosa, entre otros funcionarios.
Luego, la comitiva oficial se traslad\u00f3 al Parque Industrial, donde fueron habilitadas las instalaciones de la firma que comercializa las marcas de cerveza artesanal Weisburd Bier, Destilados Kaos y Whisky Camino Real.
El corte de cintas fue realizado junto con el propietario, Guido Bense\u00f1or, y la ingeniera en alimentos Mar\u00eda Garc\u00eda Guzm\u00e1n.
El ministro de Producci\u00f3n, Miguel Mandrille, se sum\u00f3 en este momento a la comitiva, quienes tambi\u00e9n participaron de la ceremonia mediante la cual se puso formalmente en marcha la planta que cuenta con 20 empleados y una capacidad instalada para elaborar por mes al menos 20 mil litros de distintas bebidas, que incluyen cervezas con materia prima regional como miel, poleo, tuna, cha\u00f1ar y algarroba.
En este marco, el gobernador expres\u00f3 su satisfacci\u00f3n por celebrar el D\u00eda de la Industria Nacional con la apertura de dos nuevos emprendimientos que generan empleo genuino, que est\u00e1n encabezados por j\u00f3venes empresarios y que tienen una fuerte proyecci\u00f3n con posibilidades de exportaci\u00f3n.
No obstante, lament\u00f3 que \u201choy la industria vive un momento complejo en el pa\u00eds y no est\u00e1 festejando como debiera, porque hay pol\u00edticas de ca\u00eddas de la actividad econ\u00f3mica, problemas en muchos t\u00e9rminos macro econ\u00f3mico que est\u00e1n tray\u00e9ndonos noticias todos los d\u00edas de ca\u00eddas del empleo en t\u00e9rminos industriales, entre otras tantas que espero que podamos revertir en esta Argentina que necesita salir adelante\u201d.
De todas formas, consider\u00f3 que \u201cen el medio de una situaci\u00f3n bastante compleja que vive la industria\u201d es importante valorar la inauguraci\u00f3n de nuevos emprendimientos. \u201cPara m\u00ed es muy gratificante, porque implica la posibilidad de trabajo para la gente de Santiago del Estero\u201d
En cuanto al rol del Estado, dijo que \u201cdebe acompa\u00f1ar a la actividad privada a los que saben y a los que tienen amor por las cosas que hacen\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
