{"id":4228,"date":"2024-09-27T23:30:32","date_gmt":"2024-09-27T23:30:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/horizontesboreal.online\/?p=4228"},"modified":"2024-09-27T23:30:35","modified_gmt":"2024-09-27T23:30:35","slug":"con-gran-convocatoria-dio-inicio-el-workshop-yoga-para-todos-en-el-forum","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/horizontesboreal.online\/?p=4228","title":{"rendered":"CON GRAN CONVOCATORIA DIO INICIO EL WORKSHOP \u201cYOGA PARA TODOS\u201d EN EL FOR\u00daM"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Con una importante participaci\u00f3n comenz\u00f3 este viernes por la ma\u00f1ana el Workshop \u00abYoga para todos\u00bb, en el F\u00f3rum Centro de Convenciones, que se extender\u00e1 hasta el domingo 29, organizado por la Escuela Ashtanga Yoga Palermo, con el auspicio de la Secretar\u00eda de Deportes de la provincia.<br>Cabe destacar que este evento, que se realiza por tercera vez en la provincia, es dictado por los profesores de la Escuela Ashtanga Yoga Palermo, Claudia Gonz\u00e1lez y Leo Marino, quienes invitaron a participar de estas jornadas que son libres y gratuitas para todos los niveles y no se necesita de inscripci\u00f3n previa.<br>La actividad se dividir\u00e1 en dos bloques los d\u00edas viernes 27 y s\u00e1bado 28: de 9.30 a 11.30 con la modalidad ashtanga, y de 12.30 a 15 con ejercicios de respiraci\u00f3n (pranyama).
