El gobernador Gerardo Zamora entreg\u00f3 este lunes al mediod\u00eda m\u00e1s de 100 veh\u00edculos a la Polic\u00eda de la provincia, donde se destacan: 60 camionetas; 16 motoveh\u00edculos; 25 bicicletas el\u00e9ctricas y 1 lancha.
La ceremonia se realiz\u00f3 frente a Casa de Gobierno, donde el mandatario estuvo acompa\u00f1ado por el jefe de Gabinete, El\u00edas Su\u00e1rez; el ministro de Gobierno, Marcelo Barbur; el secretario de Seguridad, Marcelo Pato; el jefe de Polic\u00eda, Daniel Humberto Loto y el subjefe, Laureano Silva, entre otros miembros de las fuerzas.
Con la premisa de fortalecer el sistema de prevenci\u00f3n y lucha contra el delito en todo el territorio santiague\u00f1o, el Gobierno hizo una fuerte inversi\u00f3n para ampliar la flota con 60 camionetas 4×4 doble cabina, completamente equipadas para el patrullaje.
Tambi\u00e9n 25 bicicletas el\u00e9ctricas todo terreno de 21 velocidades, equipadas con un motor 350 watts potenciado, bater\u00eda de litio 48v 10ah y cargador de 54v 3,34\u00aa. Adem\u00e1s, viene con accesorios como bolso impermeable, botella de 500 ml, porta celular 4 en 1, bocina, luz, cargador USB, balizas y ruedas con l\u00edquido anti pinchadura.
En tanto, las 16 motos tipo enduro de 250 cc. Mientras que la lancha es de la l\u00ednea Jurua 600 con su casco de aluminio para traslado de 5 personas, con una capacidad para soportar peso m\u00e1ximo de 560 kg.
El gobernador hizo la entrega de las llaves a los oficiales de cada una de las divisiones, luego de hacer un recorrido en el que pudo apreciar las caracter\u00edsticas de las unidades y dialogar con el personal, al que agradeci\u00f3 por su labor cotidiana y pidi\u00f3 continuar trabajando con el mismo compromiso con estos nuevos elementos puestos al servicio de los santiague\u00f1os.
En este sentido, el secretario de Seguridad destac\u00f3 el continuo acompa\u00f1amiento del gobernador a la Polic\u00eda de la provincia al afirmar: \u201cEstas cosas nos facilitan mucho el trabajo, nos refuerzan y nos dan mayor potencia para prevenir y para intervenir, pensando plenamente en la seguridad y en la tranquilidad de los santiague\u00f1os\u201d.
Dijo que los veh\u00edculos ser\u00e1n distribuidos en Capital, Banda y el interior provincial. \u201cEn algunos lugares se van a reemplazar otros veh\u00edculos y en otros se van a sumar a los que tengan, conforme a las necesidades existentes\u201d, precis\u00f3.
\u201cRecibir estas unidades quiere decir que el Gobierno est\u00e1 pendiente de las necesidades que tenemos, y eso nos llena de alegr\u00eda a todos. Saber que podemos contar con veh\u00edculos nuevos nos da un respiro y m\u00e1s fuerza para seguir trabajando\u201d, concluy\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
