{"id":4853,"date":"2024-11-14T10:02:35","date_gmt":"2024-11-14T10:02:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/horizontesboreal.online\/?p=4853"},"modified":"2024-11-14T10:02:37","modified_gmt":"2024-11-14T10:02:37","slug":"nuevo-ciclo-de-capacitaciones-para-empleados-publicos-de-la-provincia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/horizontesboreal.online\/?p=4853","title":{"rendered":"NUEVO CICLO DE CAPACITACIONES PARA EMPLEADOS P\u00daBLICOS DE LA PROVINCIA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Este mi\u00e9rcoles por la tarde se realiz\u00f3 en Casa de Gobierno un nuevo m\u00f3dulo del ciclo organizado por la Escuela de Capacitaci\u00f3n Profesional de los Agentes del Estado impulsado por el gobernador Gerardo Zamora, en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Jefatura de Gabinete y el Ministerio de Justicia y Derechos Humanos.<br>En esta ocasi\u00f3n la actividad estuvo destinada al \u00e1rea de Despacho, con exposiciones sobre \u201cCuestiones pr\u00e1cticas en el desarrollo de expedientes administrativos en Sistema de Gesti\u00f3n Documental Electr\u00f3nica\u201d (GDE), a cargo del coordinador del Sistema de Gesti\u00f3n Documental Electr\u00f3nica, Enrique Gonz\u00e1lez, y Beatriz Fern\u00e1ndez Reuter.<br>Tambi\u00e9n particip\u00f3 la ministra de Justicia y Derechos Humanos, Matilde O\u00b4Mill, junto con el secretario de Legal y T\u00e9cnica, Joaqu\u00edn de Arzuaga, y el asesor Agust\u00edn Argibay.<br>Los especialistas abordaron recomendaciones sobre el correcto funcionamiento y las buenas pr\u00e1cticas que deben aplicar los trabajadores en el desarrollo de expedientes administrativos mediante la gesti\u00f3n documental electr\u00f3nica.<br>Adem\u00e1s, explicaron los tr\u00e1mites y pasos a seguir como una nueva forma de innovaci\u00f3n en el sector p\u00fablico para adaptarse a los cambios globales.
