del 27\u00b0 Congreso Nacional del IETEI y de la 2\u00b0 Reuni\u00f3n Anual de Asur.<br>El encuentro se desarroll\u00f3 en el Centro Cultural San Mart\u00edn, con representantes de 22 provincias argentinas y tambi\u00e9n de pa\u00edses vecinos como Brasil y Paraguay.<br>En este espacio se expondr\u00e1, analizar\u00e1n e intercambiar\u00e1n experiencias de los diferentes organismos encargados del control de las cuentas del Estado con el objetivo de seguir avanzando hacia una mayor eficientizaci\u00f3n del uso de los recursos de los ciudadanos.<br>En el panel de apertura estuvieron, adem\u00e1s del gobernador Zamora, el secretario permanente de Tribunales de Cuentas de Argentina, Sergio Oste; la presidente del Bloque de la Asur (Asociaci\u00f3n de Entidades Oficiales de Control P\u00fablico del Mercosur), Miriam Radrizzam; el director de Eitei (Investigaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo de Estudios T\u00e9cnicos del Secretariado de Tribunales de Cuentas), V\u00edctor Villarroel, y el subcontralor de la Contralor\u00eda de Paraguay, Augusto Paiva.<br>La bienvenida estuvo a cargo del presidente del Tribunal de Cuentas de Santiago del Estero, Mart\u00edn D\u00edaz Ach\u00e1val, quien estuvo acompa\u00f1ado por los vocales Alfredo Juri y Ricardo Rubio, y el intendente de Las Termas, Jorge Mukdise.<br>Tambi\u00e9n asistieron el vicegobernador Carlos Silva Neder; el jefe de Gabinete de Ministros, El\u00edas Su\u00e1rez, y representantes de las provincias que participar\u00e1n de las actividades hasta este viernes 22.<br>En este marco, Sergio Oste destac\u00f3 la hospitalidad de las autoridades santiague\u00f1as y su compromiso con la modernizaci\u00f3n y la b\u00fasqueda permanente de la transparencia de la gesti\u00f3n del Estado, mediante inversiones en infraestructura, herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas y mejoras salariales a la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica \u00abporque tambi\u00e9n contribuyen con un mejor trabajo al servicio de los ciudadanos\u00bb.<br>Por este motivo, no dud\u00f3 en afirmar que \u00abSantiago del Estero es un modelo pol\u00edtico fundado en la diversidad\u00bb que busca la inclusi\u00f3n y participaci\u00f3n de todos los sectores.<br>A su turno, el mandatario provincial destac\u00f3 el car\u00e1cter federal de este encuentro con la presencia de representantes de 22 provincias, adem\u00e1s de Brasil y Paraguay en un congreso \u00abque tiene que ver con la construcci\u00f3n de un pa\u00eds con mucha m\u00e1s transparencia y con capacidades que permitan desarrollar el potencial, la seguridad de los servicios p\u00fablicos, el control de los funcionarios y, por supuesto, dentro del respeto a la organizaci\u00f3n de cada uno de los estados\u00bb.<br>Dijo adem\u00e1s que es necesario trabajar en todas las \u00e1reas del Estado, en la modernizaci\u00f3n y tambi\u00e9n pensar en el medio ambiente con la despapelizaci\u00f3n que contribuye tambi\u00e9n con la mejor resoluci\u00f3n en todos los \u00e1mbitos administrativos y en la transparencia de lo p\u00fablico.<br>Antes de finalizar, Zamora ratific\u00f3 su defensa del federalismo \u00abpara generar la posibilidad de un pa\u00eds mucho m\u00e1s inclusivo, m\u00e1s equitativo y con la posibilidad de desarrollar todo el potencial\u00bb.<br>Y en ese sentido rescat\u00f3 palabras del Papa Francisco sobre la amenaza del individualismo que hoy ataca a la humanidad \u00abcomo un gran c\u00e1ncer que debemos combatir\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-1 wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"4925\"  src=\"https:\/\/horizontesboreal.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/WhatsApp-Image-2024-11-20-at-1.11.36-PM-1024x686.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4925\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"4926\"  src=\"https:\/\/horizontesboreal.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/WhatsApp-Image-2024-11-20-at-1.11.35-PM-1-1024x683.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4926\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-3 wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"4927\"  src=\"https:\/\/horizontesboreal.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Logo-Santiago-2024-4-1024x180.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4927\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Con la presencia del gobernador Gerardo Zamora se realiz\u00f3 este mi\u00e9rcoles en Las Termas de R\u00edo Hondo la ceremonia de apertura de la 4\u00b0 Reuni\u00f3n Anual de Secretariado Permanente de Tribunales de Cuentas y Organismos Externos de Control de Argentina;
