Estuvieron presentes la ministra de Salud, Natividad Nassif; el secretario de Salud, C\u00e9sar Monti; la directora de APS, Martha Tarchini; el director de Atenci\u00f3n M\u00e9dica, Oscar Gallardo; el director de Salud Comunitaria, Gonzalo Ter\u00e1n, adem\u00e1s de directores de hospitales, coordinadores de UPAs, CAPS, CAMs, Postas Sanitarias y responsables de consultorios febriles.<br>El objetivo central de la reuni\u00f3n fue fortalecer la red de atenci\u00f3n sanitaria mediante la definici\u00f3n de mecanismos efectivos de referencia, contrarreferencia y seguimiento de pacientes con dengue, priorizando la calidad y oportunidad en la atenci\u00f3n.<br>La ministra Nassif destac\u00f3 la importancia de estos encuentros para consolidar un sistema de salud emp\u00e1tico y eficaz: \u00abSiempre ponemos la mirada en la persona, en el paciente, y buscamos innovar en nuestras estrategias para ser m\u00e1s efectivos\u201d, expres\u00f3. \u201cEste encuentro refleja nuestro compromiso por fortalecer redes de trabajo, llegar a consensos y garantizar acciones sanitarias que impacten positivamente, especialmente en la contenci\u00f3n de quienes padecen dengue\u00bb, dijo.<br>Por su parte, C\u00e9sar Monti subray\u00f3 la relevancia de construir acuerdos estrat\u00e9gicos ya que \u00abla coordinaci\u00f3n entre los niveles de atenci\u00f3n nos permite brindar una respuesta eficiente a las necesidades de los ciudadanos\u201d<br>Martha Tarchini inform\u00f3 sobre la organizaci\u00f3n de las \u00e1reas metropolitanas de Capital y Banda explicando que se dividi\u00f3 en nueve zonas con un hospital de referencia y centros de primer nivel organizados para mejorar los procesos de referencia y contrarreferencia. \u201cAdem\u00e1s, analizamos estrategias de comunicaci\u00f3n efectivas para garantizar el seguimiento adecuado de los pacientes\u00bb, inform\u00f3.<br>En este sentido, Gonzalo Ter\u00e1n explic\u00f3 la din\u00e1mica del trabajo en red. \u00abEl esfuerzo conjunto entre hospitales y centros de primer nivel, como UPAs, CAPS y CAMs, garantiza que cada paciente reciba la atenci\u00f3n necesaria en el nivel correspondiente. Este mecanismo permite un seguimiento integral, reforzando nuestra capacidad de respuesta ante el dengue\u00bb, expres\u00f3.<br>Finalmente, desde el CEPSI, su directora m\u00e9dica Eugenia Gauna remarc\u00f3 la importancia del trabajo colaborativo.\u00bbLa atenci\u00f3n del paciente debe ser un esfuerzo compartido.
