{"id":5140,"date":"2024-12-06T00:41:46","date_gmt":"2024-12-06T00:41:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/horizontesboreal.online\/?p=5140"},"modified":"2024-12-06T00:41:47","modified_gmt":"2024-12-06T00:41:47","slug":"la-caja-social-realizo-las-3o-jornadas-de-capacitacion-en-prevencion-de-lavado-de-activos-y-financiamiento-del-terrorismo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/horizontesboreal.online\/?p=5140","title":{"rendered":"LA CAJA SOCIAL REALIZ\u00d3 LAS 3\u00ba JORNADAS DE CAPACITACI\u00d3N EN PREVENCI\u00d3N DE LAVADO DE ACTIVOS Y FINANCIAMIENTO DEL TERRORISMO"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Como parte del proceso de formaci\u00f3n permanente de sus agentes y funcionarios, la Caja Social de Santiago del Estero realiz\u00f3 las 3\u00ba Jornadas de Capacitaci\u00f3n en Prevenci\u00f3n de Lavado de Activos y Financiamiento del Terrorismo, que se desarroll\u00f3 en el SUM del Complejo \u00abJuan Felipe lbarra\u00bb, destinadas a agencias oficiales de T\u00f3mbola, agentes oficiales de juegos de azar, empleados de la instituci\u00f3n y operadores de juegos de azar.<br>El subsecretario de Econom\u00eda, Ricardo Mat\u00edas Abdala, a cargo de la Caja Social de Santiago del Estero, en cumplimiento de las pol\u00edticas adoptadas en materia de prevenci\u00f3n del lavado de activos y financiamiento del terrorismo que desarrolla la entidad, organiz\u00f3 estas jornadas denominadas \u00abNuevos paradigmas, enfoque basado en riesgo y Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00ba 194\/2023\u00bb, con el fin de brindar las herramientas necesarias que permitan el fortalecimiento de los sistemas de prevenci\u00f3n.<br>La disertaci\u00f3n estuvo a cargo del Oficial de Cumplimiento de la Caja Social ante la Unidad de Informaci\u00f3n Financiera (UIF), Dr. Jes\u00fas Mariano Silva, gerente de Administraci\u00f3n de la Instituci\u00f3n y que integra a nivel nacional la Unidad Coordinadora de Prevenci\u00f3n y Lavado de Activos (UCPLA) de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Loter\u00edas, Quinielas y Casinos Estatales de Argentina (ALEA).<br>Estuvo acompa\u00f1ado por personal especializado de la instituci\u00f3n, teniendo como principal tem\u00e1tica los siguientes puntos: \u201c\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el lavado de activos y financiamiento al terrorismo? *Resoluci\u00f3n 194\/2023: Un cambio de paradigma. Pol\u00edticas y procedimientos adoptados por la Caja Social\u201d; \u201cNueva visi\u00f3n del concepto de cliente. Perfil transaccional. Debida diligencia. C\u00f3digo de conducta\u201d; \u201cSistema basado en el riesgo. Factores de riesgo de la Caja Social.
