En dos intervenciones realizadas -primero en horas de la siesta y luego entrada la noche del s\u00e1bado- personal de la Polic\u00eda de la provincia logr\u00f3 capturar un total de 27 sujetos, por una denuncia por \u201cprivaci\u00f3n ileg\u00edtima de la libertad, lesiones, y usurpaci\u00f3n en perjuicio de Oviedo y otros\u00bb, causa que se encuentra a cargo de la jueza de Control y Garant\u00eda, P\u00eda Danielsen.
En primera instancia se llev\u00f3 adelante un allanamiento en Campo Tierra Brava, ubicado en el departamento Alberdi, en el \u00e1rea de competencia de la Subcomisar\u00eda de Sach\u00e1yoj, donde fueron secuestradas armas de fuego y detenidas 19 personas, entre las que se encuentran el supuesto propietario del inmueble en cuesti\u00f3n, identificado como Luis Fernando Michelotti, con domicilio en Villa del Totoral, C\u00f3rdoba.
Los 18 restantes son personas, en su mayor\u00eda con domicilio en las ciudades Capital y La Banda. Seg\u00fan se pudo constatar, de estos detenidos solamente dos no registran antecedentes policiales. El resto carga con denuncias por lesiones calificadas, resistencia a la autoridad, robo con armas y homicidio en grado de tentativa.
Tambi\u00e9n fueron secuestrados una camioneta marca Toyota Modelo Hilux dominio KPG-985, con tr\u00e1iler; dos escopetas, dos rifles, un cuchillo, machetes, hachas, una amoladora y $ 1.900.000 en efectivo.
Intervino en este operativo personal de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Asuntos Judiciales; de la Direcci\u00f3n General Conflicto de Tierras; Departamental N\u00b0 11 y miembros de la Unidad para Situaciones de Alto Riesgo (Usar) y del CGI.
En dicho operativo se dieron a la fuga un ciudadano identificado como Hugo Rojo, con domicilio en la capital santiague\u00f1a, a bordo de una camioneta Volkswagen Amarok, y otro masculino que no fue identificado, a bordo de otro veh\u00edculo similar.
En un segundo procedimiento, poco antes de las 22 del s\u00e1bado, fueron demoradas otras 8 personas, en el puesto de control policial ubicado en La Invernada Norte (rutas 5 y 2), donde fueron retenidas adem\u00e1s dos camionetas Volkswagen Amarok, dominio AD990FQ y AA214VC.
Por disposici\u00f3n de la fiscal interviniente, Celia Mussi, con conocimiento de la jueza P\u00eda Danielsen, quedaron en calidad de detenidos y se procedi\u00f3 al secuestro preventivo de los rodados y herramientas de trabajo y otros elementos, ya que se sospecha que estar\u00edan involucrados con el procedimiento realizado horas antes en Campo Tierra Brava.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
