En el marco del D\u00eda Mundial del Ri\u00f1\u00f3n, la ministra de Salud Lic. Natividad Nassif inaugur\u00f3 el Consultorio de Enfermedades Renales Cr\u00f3nicas Avanzadas (CERCA) en el Centro Integral de Salud Banda (CISB). Este nuevo espacio, coordinado conjuntamente entre el CISB y el Centro de Ablaci\u00f3n e Implante de Santiago del Estero (CAISE), tiene como objetivo brindar atenci\u00f3n especializada y un seguimiento integral a pacientes con enfermedades renales cr\u00f3nicas en estadios avanzados, promoviendo estrategias de prevenci\u00f3n, tratamiento y preparaci\u00f3n para terapias sustitutivas como di\u00e1lisis o trasplante renal.
Del acto inaugural participaron el secretario de Salud, Dr. Gustavo Sabalza; el director del CISB, Dr. Edgardo Zanoni; la coordinadora del consultorio, Dra. Gloria Herrera; y la directora del CAISE, Dra. Vanina Lescano, junto a autoridades sanitarias, pacientes y organizaciones sociales comprometidas con la salud.
Durante la inauguraci\u00f3n, la ministra de Salud destac\u00f3 el compromiso del Gobierno de la Provincia para fortalecer la prevenci\u00f3n y la atenci\u00f3n especializada: \u201cEste consultorio representa un gran avance en la atenci\u00f3n de las enfermedades renales, permitiendo un abordaje integral y temprano para mejorar la calidad de vida de los pacientes. Su implementaci\u00f3n nos permite trabajar en tres aspectos fundamentales: la detecci\u00f3n precoz de la enfermedad y el acceso oportuno a tratamientos, la concientizaci\u00f3n sobre la importancia de la donaci\u00f3n de \u00f3rganos y la estrategia de capacitaci\u00f3n de los equipos de salud para el diagn\u00f3stico temprano a trav\u00e9s de Telesalud\u201d.
Por su parte, la Dra. Gloria Herrera, coordinadora del consultorio, explic\u00f3 la importancia del nuevo servicio: \u201cNuestro objetivo es que los pacientes con enfermedad renal cr\u00f3nica avanzada reciban un acompa\u00f1amiento integral y adecuado, para retardar la progresi\u00f3n de la enfermedad y optimizar las opciones terap\u00e9uticas. La prevenci\u00f3n y el diagn\u00f3stico precoz son fundamentales para evitar complicaciones y mejorar los resultados de los tratamientos. Adem\u00e1s, trabajaremos en red con otros centros de salud del interior de la provincia y con los centros de atenci\u00f3n primaria para garantizar un abordaje coordinado\u201d.
En relaci\u00f3n con la prevenci\u00f3n de la enfermedad renal cr\u00f3nica, que tiene una alta incidencia en la provincia, el secretario de Salud, Dr. Gustavo Sabalza, destac\u00f3: \u201cLa mejor manera de prevenir esta patolog\u00eda es a trav\u00e9s de h\u00e1bitos de vida saludables, como una alimentaci\u00f3n equilibrada, el control de la presi\u00f3n arterial, la reducci\u00f3n del consumo de sal, el mantenimiento de un peso adecuado y la pr\u00e1ctica regular de actividad f\u00edsica. Tambi\u00e9n es fundamental realizar chequeos m\u00e9dicos peri\u00f3dicos, especialmente en personas con antecedentes de diabetes o hipertensi\u00f3n, ya que son los principales factores de riesgo\u201d.
El consultorio CERCA brindar\u00e1 atenci\u00f3n interdisciplinaria con un equipo de profesionales especializados, incluyendo nefr\u00f3logos, cardi\u00f3logos, diabet\u00f3logos, nutricionistas, psic\u00f3logos y trabajadores sociales, garantizando un enfoque integral para los pacientes.
A los pacientes detectados con alguna alteraci\u00f3n a nivel renal se les dar\u00e1 un turno protegido, en donde realizar\u00e1 la consulta con la nefr\u00f3loga y posteriormente, en un d\u00eda, entrar\u00e1 a un circuito en el que se realizar\u00e1n todos los estudios y las consultas con las diferentes especialidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
