La nueva sede de la Subsecretar\u00eda de Turismo de la Provincia en la \u201cCiudad spa\u201d cuenta con planta baja, dos niveles c\u00f3ncavos y un tercer nivel convexo. Una fachada c\u00f3ncava en triple altura que genera un espacio envolvente de gran escala, rematada por un muro convexo donde se plantea la carteler\u00eda con tecnolog\u00eda led de 66 metros cuadrados, jerarquizando un sitio estrat\u00e9gico del microcentro termense.
El acceso principal se proyecta en la esquina, el cual se abre a un gran hall, donde se encuentra la recepci\u00f3n, oficinas de atenci\u00f3n al p\u00fablico, sanitarios y n\u00facleos de circulaciones verticales, un ascensor vidriado que destaca por su vista panor\u00e1mica hacia la plaza principal de la ciudad. Adem\u00e1s, se propone comunicar el antiguo edificio, a trav\u00e9s de un paseo de conexi\u00f3n por la recova al casino propiamente dicho.
El primer piso cuenta con un gran espacio de uso m\u00faltiple para exposiciones, provisto de panelear\u00edas m\u00f3viles e iluminaciones direccionales para cada necesidad. El segundo nivel est\u00e1 destino para oficinas administrativas. En tanto, en el tercer piso se encuentra el sal\u00f3n de eventos y conferencias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
