Con la presencia de autoridades del Gobierno de la provincia y de representantes de organismos de derechos humanos se realiz\u00f3 este lunes por la ma\u00f1ana en el Sal\u00f3n Auditorio del Centro Cultural del Bicentenario (CCB), el acto en conmemoraci\u00f3n del D\u00eda Nacional de la Memoria por la Verdad y la Justicia, bajo el lema \u00abCon memoria construimos libertad y democracia\u00bb.
Estuvieron el vicegobernador Carlos Silva Neder; el jefe de Gabinete, El\u00edas Su\u00e1rez; los ministros de Justicia, Matilde O’Mill; de Gobierno, Marcelo Barbur; de Desarrollo Social, \u00c1ngel Niccolai, de Producci\u00f3n, Miguel Mandrille y de Salud, Natividad Nassif. Tambi\u00e9n la secretaria de Derechos Humanos, Daniela \u00c1guila, la intendenta de la Capital Norma Fuentes, adem\u00e1s de miembros del Poder Judicial.
Durante la ceremonia se leyeron mensajes del gobernador Gerardo Zamora, donde ratific\u00f3 su compromiso con las pol\u00edticas en materia de derechos humanos e hizo especial \u00e9nfasis en la importancia de resguardar los logros alcanzados para honrar a quienes iniciaron la lucha.
Tambi\u00e9n, de la senadora Claudia de Zamora, quien expres\u00f3 en su misiva: \u00abLa memoria es un pilar fundamental de la sociedad y responsabilidad de cada generaci\u00f3n\u00bb y afirm\u00f3 que desde el lugar que le toque ocupar continuar\u00e1 trabajando por el fortalecimiento de la democracia.
Al hacer uso de la palabra, O’Mill se refiri\u00f3 a la actualidad del pa\u00eds. \u00abVivimos tiempos desafiantes para la democracia, la indiferencia, el negacionismo, la violencia simb\u00f3lica, la erosi\u00f3n deliberada de las instituciones, la desinformaci\u00f3n y el odio que erosionan sus cimientos\u201d y agreg\u00f3: \u00abLa democracia no se hereda intacta, se sostiene con coraje, con participaci\u00f3n, con memoria activa. Y el futuro no se improvisa, se construye con memoria, con verdad y con justicia\u201d.
En la oportunidad, se present\u00f3 el programa J\u00f3venes por la Democracia, que impulsa la Secretar\u00eda de Derechos Humanos bajo el lema \u00abConstruyendo ciudadan\u00eda, fortaleciendo derechos\u00bb, que surgi\u00f3 para acompa\u00f1ar y brindar herramientas necesarias con el objetivo de formar j\u00f3venes comprometidos con la democracia, preparados para defender valores fundamentales como la libertad, la igualdad, la justicia social y el respeto por los derechos humanos.
Luego se proyect\u00f3 un video que homenaje\u00f3 a los representantes de organismos de derechos humanos y se entregaron reconocimientos a la Asociaci\u00f3n por la Memoria la Verdad y la Justicia; Agrupaci\u00f3n HIJOS; Asamblea permanente de Derechos Humanos; a la C\u00e1tedra Libre de Derechos Humanos de la Unse; Liga Argentina por los Derechos Humanos; Red por el Derecho a la Identidad; \u00c1rea de Derechos Humanos de la Unse; Archivo de la Memoria Trans y Asociaci\u00f3n de ex Presos Pol\u00edticos y Sobrevivientes del Terrorismo de Estado de Santiago del Estero.
La actividad finaliz\u00f3 con el encendido de velas y la m\u00fasica del grupo La Repercuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
