El gobernador Gerardo Zamora particip\u00f3 este domingo por la ma\u00f1ana en la localidad de Villa Mail\u00edn de la misa central en honor al Se\u00f1or de los Milagros, celebrada por el arzobispo de Santiago del Estero, cardenal Vicente Bokalic, junto a su obispo auxiliar Enrique Mart\u00ednez Ossola y el obispo de A\u00f1atuya, Mons. Jos\u00e9 Luis Corral.
Tambi\u00e9n asistieron a la multitudinaria celebraci\u00f3n el vicegobernador Carlos Silva Neder; el jefe de Gabinete, El\u00edas Su\u00e1rez; los ministros de Gobierno, Seguridad y Culto, Marcelo Barbur, y de Obras P\u00fablicas, Aldo Hid, entre otros funcionarios de la provincia.
Durante la homil\u00eda, el cardenal Bokalic record\u00f3 al Papa Francisco, fallecido el pasado 21 de abril, a quien agradeci\u00f3 por tantas bendiciones que dej\u00f3 para Santiago del Estero, especialmente durante el a\u00f1o 2024.
En ese mismo sentido valor\u00f3 las oraciones de toda la feligres\u00eda por el Papa Le\u00f3n XIV y expres\u00f3 su convicci\u00f3n de que \u201cseguramente seguir\u00e1 los lineamientos fundamentales de Francisco, de construir juntos una iglesia sinodal, servicial, evangelizadora y misionera, que salga al encuentro de los pobres, una iglesia que se implique en el trabajo por la justicia y por la paz. Una Iglesia que est\u00e9 muy cerca a los pobres\u201d.
En ese contexto, Bokalic advirti\u00f3 sobre la triste realidad de Argentina y del mundo. \u201cVivimos golpeados por la pobreza, el des\u00e1nimo, la soledad, las injusticias, la violencia de todo tipo y tantas indiferencias provocadas por el ego\u00edsmo, por el individualismo que nos encierra a nosotros mismos y no nos permite encontrarnos con hermanos y hacernos cargo de tanto dolor\u201d, dijo, para luego referirse al sacrificio de Jes\u00fas en la cruz y la esperanza de la resurrecci\u00f3n.
Agreg\u00f3 m\u00e1s adelante: \u201cSon permanentes las expresiones de agresividad y desprecio a los dem\u00e1s, al que piensa y siente distinto, o aquel que pertenece a otro grupo. Esto se da de una manera muy especial en distintos sectores de nuestra sociedad, pero que son rectores para nuestra convivencia ciudadana\u201d.
Sobre aquellas personas y sectores que promueven el odio dijo: \u201cCierran al encuentro donde podemos descubrir y visibilizar los grandes males y tambi\u00e9n a los olvidados de nuestra sociedad; a tantos ni\u00f1os que deambulan solos, sin cari\u00f1o y sin hogar. A tantos mayores que viven en la marginaci\u00f3n y que hoy d\u00eda quieren ser silenciados. En sus justos reclamos a los enfermos que muchas veces son tratados como una carga y con cierto desprecio. El inmenso mundo de j\u00f3venes sin horizontes que se entregan a bandas que solo buscan lucrar con sus vidas\u201d.
El arzobispo cerr\u00f3 su homil\u00eda con un claro llamado a todos los devotos de la Cruz Milagrosa: \u201cCaminemos juntos para hacer levadura de una sociedad que no prioriza el dinero, el poder y la fuerza que aplasta. Pongamos como meta de nuestro camino el amor de Jes\u00fas, que es recrear la fraternidad entre todos nosotros\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
