El gobernador Gerardo Zamora, acompa\u00f1ado por el jefe de Gabinete, El\u00edas Su\u00e1rez, y el vicegobernador Carlos Silva Neder, hizo este viernes un recorrido por la obra en ejecuci\u00f3n de un barrio de 102 viviendas en Las Termas de R\u00edo Honde, cuya construcci\u00f3n hab\u00eda sido iniciada por la Naci\u00f3n pero que luego fue reactivada con fondos aportados por la provincia.
Junto con el ministro de Obras P\u00fablicas, Aldo Hid, y el presidente del Instituto Provincial de Vivienda y Urbanismo, Augusto Du Bois, tambi\u00e9n fue visitado un complejo donde est\u00e1n en marcha los trabajos para otras 570 viviendas tipo departamento y la nueva terminal de \u00f3mnibus dise\u00f1ada para la creciente demanda del principal centro tur\u00edstico de la provincia.
Las 102 viviendas mencionadas corresponden a un total de 3.570 que actualmente se est\u00e1n construyendo en todo Santiago del Estero y que se llevan adelante gracias a la reactivaci\u00f3n de obras que realiz\u00f3 el Gobierno Provincial con fondos propios.
En tanto, los 570 departamentos en construcci\u00f3n est\u00e1n ubicados en la zona norte de la ciudad y cuentan con estacionamiento techado y todos los servicios b\u00e1sicos, obra que es financiada en un ciento por ciento por la provincia con el objeto de cubrir la demanda habitacional de Las Termas.
Luego, junto al presidente del Consejo Provincial de Vialidad, Jos\u00e9 Alfano, se hizo un recorrido por la futura terminal de \u00f3mnibus, obra que tiene un avance del 78% sobre una superficie de 8.900 metros cuadrados con un dise\u00f1o moderno y servicios que le dar\u00e1n un salto de calidad a la ciudad para recibir a los turistas.
En la visita se pudo apreciar el sector del estacionamiento de autos particulares, tambi\u00e9n el \u00e1rea destinada a boleter\u00edas, las 12 plataformas para los colectivos, el ingreso, entre otras dependencias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
