El jefe de Gabinete, El\u00edas Su\u00e1rez, particip\u00f3 este jueves del cierre de la jornada de presentaci\u00f3n de Inspire Ciudades Pioneras, que se llev\u00f3 a cabo en el Centro Cultural del Bicentenario, espacio donde ratific\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n del Gobierno de Santiago del Estero de que \u201cla discapacidad, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n el abordaje integral de adicciones y los derechos de ni\u00f1os, ni\u00f1as y adolescentes y nuestros adultos mayores no ser\u00e1n la variable de ajuste presupuestaria\u201d
Este programa es una iniciativa de las Naciones Unidas (ONU) para que las ciudades se comprometan a implementar estrategias basadas en evidencia para prevenir y responder a la violencia contra ni\u00f1os, ni\u00f1as y adolescentes.
Tambi\u00e9n fueron parte de la ceremonia la ministra de Justicia, Matilde O\u2019Mill; la secretaria de Trabajo, Julia Com\u00e1n; la secretaria de Derechos Humanos, Daniela \u00c1guila, y la subsecretaria de la Ni\u00f1ez, Adolescencia y Familia de la Provincia, Miriam Nallar. Adem\u00e1s de Paula Watcher, directora ejecutiva de Red por la Infancia.
En este marco, la ministra O\u2019Mill destac\u00f3 la importancia de esta jornada de prevenci\u00f3n, al se\u00f1alar: \u201cNos involucra absolutamente a todos y es algo que tenemos que asumir como sociedad, porque tenemos que aumentar los factores de protecci\u00f3n y disminuir todos los factores violencia, entonces tenemos que reinventarnos\u201d.
Adem\u00e1s, dijo que el desaf\u00edo y el compromiso son de todos, \u201cporque la violencia contra los ni\u00f1os es violaci\u00f3n de derechos humanos, justicia de la comunidad entera, porque nos interpela a todos como sociedad, que es donde est\u00e1n sucediendo y emergen todo las situaciones\u201d.
Por este motivo pidi\u00f3 el acompa\u00f1amiento de todas las instituciones \u201cpara lograr que estos ni\u00f1os crezcan y desarrollen en entornos cuidados, con amor, con oportunidades y libres de violencia\u201d.
Paula Watcher, estuvo a cargo de la presentaci\u00f3n, fue reconocida por las autoridades por llevar adelante la presentaci\u00f3n de Inspire Ciudades Pioneras.
El\u00edas Su\u00e1rez tambi\u00e9n remarc\u00f3 la presencia y el acompa\u00f1amiento del Estado, por decisi\u00f3n del gobernador Gerardo Zamora \u201cEstas pol\u00edticas se pueden llevar a cabo en una provincia previsible y participativa. En un estado administrativamente ordenado y equilibrado presupuestariamente\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
