El Subcomisario Leandro Zurita, se encuentra participando de una capacitaci\u00f3n en seguridad a nivel internacional, luego de haber sido seleccionado entre m\u00e1s de 100 postulantes de Argentina y Latinoam\u00e9rica por el Instituto Internacional de Liderazgo del Histadrut de Israel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad dentro de sus pol\u00edticas enmarcadas en los avances del Gobierno de la Provincia posibilit\u00f3 este enorme logro formativo, impulsando a uno de sus m\u00e1s destacados hombres a participar en esta experiencia que trasciende fronteras en materia de Seguridad Ciudadana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El Subcomisario Leandro Zurita, quien posee una amplia trayectoria policial forma parte del Departamento de Gesti\u00f3n de la Informaci\u00f3n Criminal y se desempe\u00f1\u00f3 en otras \u00e1reas como, El Observatorio y Planificaci\u00f3n de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Institutos en la Jefatura de Polic\u00eda. Adem\u00e1s, cuenta con un perfil acad\u00e9mico de excelencia, siendo Licenciado en Gesti\u00f3n de las Organizaciones Policiales por la UCSE, \u00fanica carrera universitaria exclusivamente policial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dentro de los alcances de esta capacitaci\u00f3n, el Subcomisario se ubica entre los veinte mejores l\u00edderes, y se encuentra participando activamente de las conferencias, debates y recorridos en terreno para observar directamente la aplicaci\u00f3n de programas de seguridad ciudadana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Esta instancia de preparaci\u00f3n, surge de las actividades organizadas por el instituto Histadrut, auspiciado por MASHAV (Agencia Israel\u00ed de Cooperaci\u00f3n Internacional para el Desarrollo), las que dieron inicio el pasado 31 de agosto en el campus acad\u00e9mico de Beit Berl, cercano a la ciudad de Kfar Saba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entre las actividades destacadas se incluyen, encuentros con autoridades de la Polic\u00eda Nacional de Israel y visitas a instituciones con fines sociales, donde se intercambian estrategias para la prevenci\u00f3n del delito y la violencia. En este marco, tambi\u00e9n se re\u00fanen jefes de gobiernos locales y autoridades de Argentina y Uruguay, para compartir experiencias y analizar el modelo israel\u00ed de seguridad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Con estas iniciativas, el Gobierno de la Provincia conjuntamente con la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad refuerzan la capacitaci\u00f3n continua de la polic\u00eda, promoviendo su desarrollo en escenarios internacionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
