En un importante operativo realizado este viernes, personal del \u00e1rea ProCarne\u2013Fiscalizaci\u00f3n y del \u00e1rea de Marcas y Se\u00f1ales de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Agricultura y Ganader\u00eda, con colaboraci\u00f3n de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Seguridad, desbarat\u00f3 una red de faena clandestina en la localidad de Siete \u00c1rboles y en la ciudad de Clodomira, departamento Banda.
El procedimiento se inici\u00f3 en un domicilio particular de Siete \u00c1rboles, donde los inspectores detectaron la realizaci\u00f3n de faena clandestina. En el lugar se hall\u00f3 una planchada con perchas, aparejos y otros elementos utilizados para la actividad ilegal, los cuales fueron secuestrados. Adem\u00e1s, se decomisaron aproximadamente 400 kilos de carne roja que no contaban con las condiciones sanitarias correspondientes y estaban totalmente fuera del circuito habilitado.
A partir de los datos obtenidos en el lugar, se logr\u00f3 establecer la conexi\u00f3n con un comercio de venta al p\u00fablico en la ciudad de Clodomira. All\u00ed se comprob\u00f3 que se comercializaba carne proveniente de la faena clandestina.
El establecimiento no contaba con habilitaci\u00f3n comercial ni sanitaria, y tampoco su c\u00e1mara de fr\u00edo. Por ello se dispuso la clausura preventiva como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n el decomiso total de 4.000 kilos de carne.
Dando cumplimiento al art\u00edculo 27 de la Ley Provincial 5893\/92 donde establece el destino del decomiso, la mercader\u00eda fue donada a la Asociaci\u00f3n Civil Bichos, Amor Animal y a la Secci\u00f3n Canes de la Polic\u00eda de la Provincia, conforme la normativa vigente.
El accionar conjunto de ProCarne-Fiscalizaci\u00f3n y de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Seguridad reafirma el compromiso de combatir la faena clandestina y de hacer cumplir la Ley Federal de Carnes N\u00b0 22.375 y la Ley Provincial N\u00b0 5.893\/92.
