El Gobierno de la Provincia de Santiago del Estero despliega un amplio operativo de relevamiento, monitoreo y mantenimiento en las zonas que se vieron afectadas en los \u00faltimos d\u00edas por la crecida del r\u00edo Dulce y por fen\u00f3menos clim\u00e1ticos at\u00edpicos que provocaron voladuras de chapas, ca\u00edda de \u00e1rboles, postes y cortes de cables en distintos puntos del territorio provincial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las tareas se llevan adelante por expresas indicaciones del gobernador El\u00edas Su\u00e1rez, a trav\u00e9s de distintas \u00e1reas que intervienen de manera articulada en los sectores m\u00e1s comprometidos. En ese marco, trabajan en el territorio Mario Guzm\u00e1n, subsecretario de Defensa Civil; Ramiro Banco, subsecretario de Desarrollo Social; y Ernesto Fern\u00e1ndez, subsecretario de Promoci\u00f3n Humana y Relaciones Institucionales, todos dependientes del Ministerio de Desarrollo Social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las zonas m\u00e1s afectadas fueron Villa Mail\u00edn, en el departamento Avellaneda, y Laprida, en el departamento Choya, donde las intensas r\u00e1fagas de viento y las abundantes precipitaciones ocasionaron serios inconvenientes. Tambi\u00e9n se registraron da\u00f1os en Loreto, Villa Atamisqui, Medell\u00edn y la ciudad de Fern\u00e1ndez, entre otros sectores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Desde las \u00e1reas involucradas en los diversos trabajos, informaron que se mantiene un monitoreo permanente a lo largo de todo el r\u00edo Dulce, desde Las Termas de R\u00edo Hondo hasta los departamentos del sur de la provincia. En el l\u00edmite entre los departamentos Quebrachos y Rivadavia, se refuerza el control del estado estructural del puente y de las condiciones del cauce y los ba\u00f1ados de la zona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por esta raz\u00f3n, se dispuso el env\u00edo de una retroexcavadora para realizar tareas de limpieza en el sector del puente y su cauce, con el objetivo de mejorar el escurrimiento del agua y prevenir obstrucciones. Asimismo, los trabajos contin\u00faan en distintos frentes, especialmente sobre la Ruta Nacional N\u00ba 92 y la Ruta Provincial N\u00ba 13, en el marco del operativo de mantenimiento y asistencia ante la situaci\u00f3n h\u00eddrica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Desde Defensa Civil, el subsecretario Mario Guzm\u00e1n coordina adem\u00e1s acciones preventivas junto a autoridades comunales de los departamentos Atamisqui y Salavina, ante la crecida del r\u00edo Dulce y el potencial desborde que podr\u00eda afectar a familias de la zona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las autoridades provinciales destacaron que las intervenciones responden a eventos clim\u00e1ticos extraordinarios, con lluvias intensas y r\u00e1fagas inusuales, y que el Estado provincial contin\u00faa trabajando de manera sostenida para resguardar a la poblaci\u00f3n, restablecer los servicios y proteger la infraestructura vial y urbana en los sectores afectados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
