Con la presencia de autoridades provinciales, legislativas, municipales y de las fuerzas de seguridad, se realiz\u00f3 este mi\u00e9rcoles por la ma\u00f1ana el acto por el 248\u00b0 aniversario del nacimiento del General Jos\u00e9 de San Mart\u00edn.
El homenaje fue organizado por la Asociaci\u00f3n de Madres del Barrio San Mart\u00edn y se desarroll\u00f3 en la plaza ubicada frente a Casa de Gobierno que lleva el nombre del pr\u00f3cer argentino.
En representaci\u00f3n del gobernador El\u00edas Su\u00e1rez estuvieron el vicegobernador Carlos Silva Neder; el jefe de Gabinete, V\u00edctor Araujo, y el ministro de Gobierno, Bernardo Herrera.
Tambi\u00e9n fueron parte del acto la presidenta provisional de la C\u00e1mara de Diputados, Norma Abdala de Matarazzo; el presidente del Concejo Deliberante de la Capital, Humberto Santill\u00e1n; el secretario de Legal y T\u00e9cnica del Ministerio de Justicia, Joaqu\u00edn de Arzuaga; la presidenta de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Madres del Barrio San Mart\u00edn, Zulema Maldonado, represetantes de las fuerzas de seguridad, entre otros invitados.
El acto comenz\u00f3 con el Himno Nacional interpretado por la Banda de M\u00fasica de la Polic\u00eda de la Provincia.
Las palabras alusivas estuvieron a cargo de Ver\u00f3nica Caro, de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Madres del Barrio San Mart\u00edn, quien resalt\u00f3 al Padre de la Patria como en una figura clave para la libertad de los pueblos sudamericanos.
Caro destac\u00f3 el legado de valores que dej\u00f3 el libertador, como la humildad, el patriotismo y el compromiso con la unidad nacional. Asimismo, invit\u00f3 a reflexionar sobre la importancia de mantener vivos los ideales de libertad y uni\u00f3n por los que luch\u00f3 San Mart\u00edn, reafirmando el compromiso de trabajar por una Argentina m\u00e1s justa y unida.
La ceremonia finaliz\u00f3 con la colocaci\u00f3n de ofrendas florales al pie del monumento del pr\u00f3cer y la entonaci\u00f3n de la Marcha a San Lorenzo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
