Como parte de las acciones impulsadas por el gobernador El\u00edas Su\u00e1rez para potenciar el desarrollo productivo de Santiago del Estero, el Ministerio de la Producci\u00f3n, Recursos Naturales, Forestaci\u00f3n, Tierra y Medio Ambiente realiz\u00f3 este mi\u00e9rcoles la presentaci\u00f3n oficial de la Receta Digital Fitosanitaria, una herramienta que apunta a optimizar el control, la fiscalizaci\u00f3n y trazabilidad en la aplicaci\u00f3n de productos agroqu\u00edmicos en la provincia.
Tambi\u00e9n se anunci\u00f3 la digitalizaci\u00f3n de Se\u00f1ales y Marcas Ganaderas, tr\u00e1mite que tiempo atr\u00e1s solo se lo pod\u00eda realizar de forma presencial en las oficinas de la cartera de Producci\u00f3n.
El anuncio se desarroll\u00f3 en la sede del Ministerio de la Producci\u00f3n, con la presencia del ministro N\u00e9stor Machado; el director general de Agricultura y Ganader\u00eda, Javier Togo, y el Responsable del \u00c1rea de Fitosanitarios, Guillermo Brim. Tambi\u00e9n acompa\u00f1aron otras autoridades del \u00e1rea, quienes destacaron la importancia de este avance en el marco de la modernizaci\u00f3n del sistema productivo y el cuidado del ambiente.
A trav\u00e9s del Sistema de Recetas Fitosanitarias (Siref) los profesionales registrados en la Direcci\u00f3n General de Agricultura y Ganader\u00eda podr\u00e1n generar las recetas de aplicaci\u00f3n de productos fitosanitarios en propiedades de productores agropecuarios que las hayan registrado y tengan registro de productor vigente emitido por este organismo. Adem\u00e1s, podr\u00e1n consultar recetas ya emitidas, anular o cerrar la misma y consultar el listado de empresas registradas en la Direcci\u00f3n de Agricultura.
En este sentido, Machado explic\u00f3: \u201cSi bien la puesta en funci\u00f3n de la Receta Fitosanitaria Digital ya se est\u00e1 ejecutando, hoy podemos anunciarla oficialmente, esto nos va a permitir tener interacci\u00f3n entre los registros que est\u00e1n establecidos como Registro de Productor, Registro del Profesional y Registro de Aplicadores, en tiempo real; qu\u00e9 productos se est\u00e1n aplicando y qu\u00e9 cultivos se est\u00e1n trabajando; ese seguimiento lo va a llevar a cabo el equipo de la Divisi\u00f3n de Agricultura y Ganader\u00eda\u201d.
Tambi\u00e9n anunci\u00f3 la digitalizaci\u00f3n de marcas y se\u00f1ales para ganader\u00eda. \u201cEsto forma parte del lineamiento que ha puesto el gobernador El\u00edas Su\u00e1rez para el desarrollo de la producci\u00f3n y el fortalecimiento de las Agencias de Desarrollo\u201d, destac\u00f3.
A su turno, el director general de Agricultura y Ganader\u00eda remarc\u00f3 que la puesta en marcha de la receta digital demand\u00f3 muchos a\u00f1os de trabajo, y dijo que habr\u00e1 capacitaciones con el Colegio de Ingenieros en el marco de la ley.
Por su parte, el Ing. Brim resalt\u00f3 que las capacitaciones \u00fanicamente ser\u00e1n para los ingenieros agr\u00f3nomos, que son los \u00fanicos responsables para la confecci\u00f3n de la receta fitosanitaria, quienes aportaron opiniones para mejorar esta herramienta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
