El gobernador El\u00edas Su\u00e1rez se reuni\u00f3 este martes por la tarde en el Sal\u00f3n Auditorio de Casa de Gobierno con cerca de 60 encargados de Agencias de Desarrollo Territorial de toda la provincia con el fin de planificar la puesta su marcha, que est\u00e1 prevista a partir de abril.
En la oportunidad, estuvieron tambi\u00e9n el vicegobernador Carlos Silva Neder; el jefe de Gabinete, V\u00edctor Araujo; el ministro de Producci\u00f3n, N\u00e9stor Machado, y el director de Agencias, Claudio Nicolau.
El gobernador destac\u00f3 la importancia de las agencias como herramientas para acompa\u00f1ar a los peque\u00f1os y medianos productores, \u00abporque requieren un acompa\u00f1amiento especial para que puedan mejorar su producci\u00f3n y atender sus familias, sus comunidades y tener una expectativa en funci\u00f3n del lugar donde viven\u00bb.
Dijo que en primera instancia ser\u00e1n seleccionadas 12 Agencias de Desarrollo Territorial para ser puestas en funcionamiento, a las cuales se les otorgar\u00e1 maquinaria para asistir a los productores en las tareas de laboreo y acompa\u00f1amiento necesario en actividades agr\u00edcolas y ganaderas.
Inform\u00f3 adem\u00e1s que el objetivo es que las agencias incorporen alg\u00fan responsable capacitado, t\u00e9cnico o cient\u00edfico, como tambi\u00e9n tecnolog\u00eda para la producci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de herramientas que el Gobierno otorgar\u00e1.
El prop\u00f3sito \u2013explic\u00f3 Su\u00e1rez- \u00abes que pueda aportarle ideas para mejorar la producci\u00f3n, c\u00f3mo ahorrar en recursos y obtener mejores rindes en cualquier tipo de producci\u00f3n que lleven adelante. Pero lo fundamental es que armemos un equipo de trabajo\u00bb.
En un p\u00e1rrafo aparte, el mandatario expres\u00f3: \u00abPara m\u00ed es fundamental un equipo de trabajo, el acompa\u00f1amiento a los productores, poner al alcance de ellos toda la ayuda que podamos brindar para que esa comunidad produzca mejor, tenga mejores rindes, baje los costos de producci\u00f3n y que podamos pensar que esa familia pueda responder a sus expectativas en una situaci\u00f3n muy dif\u00edcil que nos toca vivir\u00bb.
Al final se refiri\u00f3 a la quita de recursos a las provincias por parte de la Naci\u00f3n y el impacto en la econom\u00eda de todas las familias, motivo por el cual consider\u00f3 fundamental el trabajo articulado con las Agencias de Desarrollo Territorial para ayudar a los peque\u00f1os y medianos productores que dependen de su actividad.
Por su parte, el ministro Machado dijo: \u00abBuscamos en este escenario dif\u00edcil democratizar las posibilidades para todos los productores, para que puedan acceder tambi\u00e9n a tecnolog\u00eda que tienen los productores grandes. Sabemos que Santiago es un destino, con un gran potencial para la producci\u00f3n y por eso es que en el Norte Argentino somos la primera en balanza comercial que tienen el saldo exportable, con un crecimiento importante que vamos tratamos de afianzar\u00bb.
En tanto, Silva Neder destac\u00f3 el desaf\u00edo planteado por el gobernador a trav\u00e9s de las agencias para ampliar las oportunidades de desarrollo mediante una gesti\u00f3n eficiente, \u201cque sean el lugar donde el productor se sienta contenido e identificado\u201d, reafirmando la presencia del Estado en cada punto del mapa santiague\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
