Con un marco importante de p\u00fablico, arranc\u00f3 este viernes en el Estadio \u00danico Madre de Ciudades el \u201cFreedom Battle 2026\u201d, la competencia m\u00e1s grande de crossfit que en su quinta edici\u00f3n se llevar\u00e1 a cabo hasta el domingo 5 de abril con un millar de competidores de Sudam\u00e9rica.
En representaci\u00f3n del Gobierno de la provincia estuvieron en la jornada inaugural el secretario de Deportes, Carlos Dapello y el subsecretario de Turismo, Nelson Bravo, junto con el director del Estadio \u00danico, Julio Marchant y los organizadores del evento, Sebasti\u00e1n Gelid y Diego Mulki. Tambi\u00e9n se hizo un homenaje a los ex combatientes de Malvinas, quienes estuvieron representados en esta ocasi\u00f3n por Ra\u00fal G\u00f3mez y David D\u00edaz.
Hasta el domingo los participantes competir\u00e1n en diversas categor\u00edas, buscando dejar su huella en la historia del crossfit regional. Es de destacar que este tipo de eventos moviliza tambi\u00e9n la econom\u00eda provincial posicionando a la ciudad en el mapa del turismo deportivo, competir\u00e1n atletas de las categor\u00edas Individuales (elite rx, teens hombres, master mujer, master hombres +35\/+40\/+45 y adaptados); tr\u00edos (RX hombres, advanced, scaled) y cuarteto (RX, advance).
La cuenta regresiva ya comenz\u00f3 bajo el lema \u201cLa libertad se conquista en la arena\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
