Con el objetivo de avanzar en una amplia agenda de trabajo, se realiz\u00f3 este jueves por la ma\u00f1ana en el Nodo Tecnol\u00f3gico el primer plenario del Consejo Econ\u00f3mico y Social de la provincia, un espacio de encuentro y construcci\u00f3n impulsado en el marco de una pol\u00edtica oficial orientada a fortalecer el di\u00e1logo institucional y promover el desarrollo de Santiago del Estero.
La apertura estuvo encabezada por el secretario ejecutivo del Consejo Econ\u00f3mico y Social, Miguel Mandrille, acompa\u00f1ado por el jefe de Gabinete, V\u00edctor Araujo, y los ministros de Producci\u00f3n, N\u00e9stor Machado; de Justicia, Matilde O\u00b4Mill, y de Desarrollo Social, \u00c1ngel Niccolai. Adem\u00e1s de la secretaria de Trabajo, Julia Com\u00e1n, el secretario de Ciencia y Tecnolog\u00eda, Adri\u00e1n Su\u00e1rez, entre otros funcionarios, legisladores, autoridades de las universidades Nacional y Cat\u00f3lica de Santiago del Estero.
Tambi\u00e9n representantes del Instituto Nacional de Tecnolog\u00eda Agropecuaria (Inta) y el Instituto Nacional de Tecnolog\u00eda Industrial (Inti), junto con representantes de las C\u00e1maras de Identidad Productivas, de Turismo, Tecnol\u00f3gica, de Comercio; la Uni\u00f3n Industrial; la Federaci\u00f3n de Asociaciones Agropecuarias Santiague\u00f1as (FAAS) y la Confederaci\u00f3n General del Trabajo (CGT), entre otros sectores de la sociedad santiague\u00f1a.
En la apertura de la jornada el jefe de Gabinete resalt\u00f3 la conformaci\u00f3n de este espacio, por iniciativa del gobernador El\u00edas Su\u00e1rez, cuyos miembros asistieron este d\u00eda a la primera reuni\u00f3n plenaria \u201ccon car\u00e1cter consultivo, anal\u00edtico, de diagn\u00f3stico de problem\u00e1ticas, pero tambi\u00e9n de generaciones de propuestas que ser\u00e1n elevadas para el sometimiento al an\u00e1lisis\u201d.
\u201cEl objetivo \u2013explic\u00f3 Araujo- es mejorar cualitativa y cuantitativamente la producci\u00f3n en nuestra provincia, ir un paso m\u00e1s all\u00e1 en la industrializaci\u00f3n, en el agregado de valor, en la generaci\u00f3n de empleo formal y con ello lograr mejorar tambi\u00e9n los indicadores, no solamente productivos, sino tambi\u00e9n sociales\u201d.
Remarc\u00f3 que a trav\u00e9s del di\u00e1logo constructivo y el aporte de todos los sectores se busca \u201cavanzar como provincia en la cuesti\u00f3n productiva, aprovechando muchos a\u00f1os de inversi\u00f3n fuerte en infraestructura, lo que nos ha permitido hoy posicionarnos en otro rol en nuestro pa\u00eds y que cree el gobernador que es un momento oportuno, a pesar del contexto y del entorno que totalmente recesivo, para intentar dar un salto de calidad y posicionarnos mejor\u201d.
Por su parte, Mandrille destac\u00f3 la fortaleza de la articulaci\u00f3n p\u00fablico-privada en estos debates y la apuesta del gobernador El\u00edas Su\u00e1rez mediante la creaci\u00f3n del Consejo Econ\u00f3mico y Social y programas vinculados, como el \u201cSantiago crece con vos\u201d, que permitir\u00e1 generar mano de obra local calificada para potenciar el sistema productivo de la provincia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
