En el marco del D\u00eda Internacional de la Lucha Contra el Bullying, la Subsecretar\u00eda de Ni\u00f1ez, Adolescencia y Familia (Subnaf) realiz\u00f3 en el SUM del Concejo Deliberante de Santiago del Estero la presentaci\u00f3n oficial del Taller de Ciudadan\u00eda Digital denominado \u201cM\u00e1s que un like\u201d.
La jornada estuvo encabezada por la titular de la Subnaf, Miriam Nallar, acompa\u00f1ada por el subsecretario de Educaci\u00f3n, Alejandro P\u00edccoli, y el director de Comunicaciones de la provincia, Emanuel Morello.
El encuentro subray\u00f3 la urgencia de abordar la realidad de los j\u00f3venes, quienes hoy habitan un espacio h\u00edbrido, donde la frontera entre el territorio real y la virtualidad es cada vez m\u00e1s delgada.
El taller cont\u00f3 adem\u00e1s con un panel de expertos encargados de profundizar en la problem\u00e1tica desde diversas \u00f3pticas profesionales. Entre los disertantes se destacaron las integrantes del Centro de Investigaci\u00f3n y Docencia CID IOM (Instituto Oscar Masotta) de Santiago del Estero; Gabriela Alluz y Mar\u00eda Rosa Cantos, junto al integrante del \u00e1rea de Adolescentes en Conflicto con la Ley Penal, Franco Ferreyra.
En esta ocasi\u00f3n, Miriam Nallar enfatiz\u00f3 que garantizar los derechos de los ni\u00f1os, ni\u00f1as y adolescentes en contextos digitales no es una tarea aislada, sino que requiere un compromiso tripartito entre el Estado, la familia y la comunidad.
Si bien destac\u00f3 que las redes sociales ofrecen oportunidades positivas para el estudio y el acceso a la informaci\u00f3n, advirti\u00f3 sobre los riesgos existentes cuando no hay un control de parentalidad adecuado.
Con esta iniciativa se busca no solo informar sobre los peligros de la red, sino empoderar a los j\u00f3venes para que su paso por el mundo digital sea una experiencia de aprendizaje seguro y constructivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
