Con m\u00e1s de 13 mil visitantes; 270 conferencistas, 160 empresas, gobiernos e instituciones, y con la confirmaci\u00f3n de su regreso a Santiago del Estero en el a\u00f1o pr\u00f3ximo, el Smart City Expo World Congress 2026 cerr\u00f3 su actividad este jueves en el F\u00f3rum de ciudad Capital.
La ceremonia de cierre cont\u00f3 con la presencia del gobernador El\u00edas Su\u00e1rez y estuvo a cargo del CEO de Fira Barcelona International, Ricard Zapatero, como m\u00e1ximo responsable del evento que tendr\u00e1 su sexta edici\u00f3n en la provincia en junio de 2027.
En el acto estuvieron tambi\u00e9n los senadores Gerardo Zamora y Jos\u00e9 Neder; el jefe de Gabinete, V\u00edctor Araujo, y la intendente Norma Fuentes. Adem\u00e1s de ministros, legisladores nacionales y provinciales, representantes de distintas ciudades del interior santiague\u00f1o, como tambi\u00e9n del resto del pa\u00eds y gran cantidad de p\u00fablico que colm\u00f3 la sala principal de conferencias.
Zapatero destac\u00f3 la participaci\u00f3n y el dinamismo con el que se desarroll\u00f3 el evento. \u00abGracias por haber estado viviendo, trabajando, intercambiando, explicando, ense\u00f1ando y atendiendo a todo lo que hemos estado poniendo a su disposici\u00f3n en estos dos d\u00edas, en una edici\u00f3n con el mejor programa que hemos tenido en estos 5 a\u00f1os\u00bb, afirm\u00f3.
En otro orden, destac\u00f3 que este a\u00f1o hubo r\u00e9cord de conferencistas, \u00abcon m\u00e1s de 270 oradores, 160 empresas, asociaciones, instituciones participantes, m\u00e1s de 150 sesiones en las que todos han participado, y m\u00e1s de 1.3000 personas que han estado disfrutando de todo lo que hemos puesto a su disposici\u00f3n\u00bb.
En un p\u00e1rrafo aparte elogi\u00f3 a la provincia que \u00abuna vez m\u00e1s, desde Santiago del Estero, el Norte Grande, Argentina, ha demostrado la capacidad que se tiene para poner en marcha un evento de primera categor\u00eda internacional y esto es gracias a todo el equipo de gobierno y a todos los que han participado \u00ab.
Tambi\u00e9n valor\u00f3 el dinamismo de la provincia al resaltar \u00ablas ganas de trabajar y de hacer para que entre todos construyamos mejor calidad de vida para nuestros ciudadanos\u201d. \u201cPor todo ello, y con la voluntad y el desaf\u00edo pol\u00edtico de seguir mejorando, quiero anunciar que volveremos para una sexta edici\u00f3n en el a\u00f1o 2027, en el mes de junio\u00bb, dijo.
La \u00faltima conferencia del Smart City Expo Santiago del Estero 2026 estuvo a cargo del bi\u00f3logo Diego Golombek, en la sala plenaria Mama Antula, donde desarroll\u00f3 el tema \u201cLa Ciudad Circadiana. Influencia de los ritmos y relojes biol\u00f3gicos en la salud y en la sociedad\u201d.
En su ponencia, Golombek, analiz\u00f3 el impacto del tiempo biol\u00f3gico en la salud, la educaci\u00f3n, el trabajo y las pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas, y propone repensar la organizaci\u00f3n de las ciudades a partir de la cronobiolog\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
