El gobernador El\u00edas Su\u00e1rez recibi\u00f3 este mi\u00e9rcoles en Casa de Gobierno a una nutrida comitiva de altas autoridades judiciales, legislativas y acad\u00e9micas provenientes de la Rep\u00fablica Federativa de Brasil y de la Rep\u00fablica del Paraguay, quienes participan en la provincia del \u201cII Encuentro Iberoamericano de Derecho Parlamentario\u201d.
Durante el encuentro, el mandatario estuvo acompa\u00f1ado por el jefe de Gabinete, V\u00edctor Araujo, y la ministra de Justicia y Derechos Humanos, Matilde O\u2019Mill.
La comitiva visitante estuvo integrada por la presidenta del Superior Tribunal Militar de Brasil, Mar\u00eda Elisabeth Guimaraes Teixeira Rocha; la jurista de San Pablo, Patricia Rosetta; la directora de T\u00e9cnica Legislativa de la C\u00e1mara de Diputados de Paraguay, Alba Rojas Recalde; el profesor Diego Hern\u00e1n Armesto; el secretario de Posgrado de la Facultad de Derecho de la UNT, Esteban Nader; el reconocido jurista de Buenos Aires, Dr. Daniel Rodr\u00edguez Masdeu; el catedr\u00e1tico consulto de la UNC, V\u00edctor Ram\u00edrez; y el presidente del Instituto Iberoamericano de Derecho Parlamentario, Pablo Ram\u00f3n Lucatelli.
En esta ocasi\u00f3n, Lucatelli agradeci\u00f3 el recibimiento y destac\u00f3 la apertura democr\u00e1tica y el trabajo transversal de los poderes del Estado santiague\u00f1o para consolidar a la provincia como un polo de debate jur\u00eddico de escala internacional.
\u201cLe transmitimos al gobernador c\u00f3mo los tres poderes del Estado nos han abierto las puertas: desde el Parlamento puesto a disposici\u00f3n por el vicegobernador Carlos Silva Neder, hasta el Superior Tribunal de Justicia, haci\u00e9ndonos sentir en la ‘Madre de Ciudades’ como en casa\u201d, dijo tras la reuni\u00f3n.
Tambi\u00e9n, puso en relieve c\u00f3mo la revalorizaci\u00f3n de las ra\u00edces locales (como la traducci\u00f3n del Mart\u00edn Fierro al quichua) dialoga con expresiones hermanas de Latinoam\u00e9rica, descentralizando el conocimiento hacia el interior profundo del pa\u00eds.
\u201cPudimos compartir lo que hacemos en Santiago, hermanando nuestra cultura. Saber que desde el interior profundo de la provincia los profesionales pueden capacitarse con juristas de Iberoam\u00e9rica jerarquiza profundamente nuestro sentido federal\u201d, expres\u00f3.
Lucatelli destac\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n la continuidad de las pol\u00edticas de cooperaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica iniciadas en 2019, vinculando los valores hist\u00f3ricos y espirituales de la regi\u00f3n, simbolizados en la figura de Mam\u00e1 Antula, con una agenda de integraci\u00f3n a largo plazo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
