El gobernador de Santiago del Estero, El\u00edas Su\u00e1rez, particip\u00f3 de la jornada \u201cJusticia Cerca: una jornada para fortalecer el acceso a la Justicia en todo el territorio provincial\u201d, un encuentro destinado a abordar pol\u00edticas y acciones orientadas a garantizar una Justicia m\u00e1s cercana y accesible para todos los habitantes de la provincia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La actividad cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de autoridades del Poder Ejecutivo y del Poder Judicial, representantes institucionales y una destacada presencia de jueces y juezas de Paz de la provincia, quienes cumplen un rol fundamental como primera presencia institucional de la Justicia en numerosas comunidades del interior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante la jornada se puso en valor el trabajo que se viene desarrollando para fortalecer los Juzgados de Paz, especialmente en las localidades m\u00e1s alejadas de los principales centros urbanos y judiciales, donde las distancias pueden constituir una barrera para el acceso a una respuesta judicial en tiempo y forma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En este marco, se abordaron los objetivos del Convenio de Cooperaci\u00f3n para el Fortalecimiento de la Justicia de Paz y la Conectividad Territorial, suscripto el mes pasado entre el Ministerio de Justicia y Derechos Humanos y el Superior Tribunal de Justicia. El acuerdo contempla el dise\u00f1o e implementaci\u00f3n de un Plan Progresivo de Conectividad y Fortalecimiento Tecnol\u00f3gico de los Juzgados de Paz de la provincia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Como parte de esta iniciativa se prev\u00e9 la provisi\u00f3n progresiva de kits de trabajo para los Juzgados de Paz, que incluyen antena de conectividad, c\u00e1maras, computadoras y una plataforma de trabajo, con el objetivo de fortalecer sus herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas y mejorar las condiciones para el desarrollo de sus funciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El plan tambi\u00e9n contempla el relevamiento de las condiciones de cada Juzgado de Paz, la elaboraci\u00f3n de un mapa de prioridades de conectividad y capacitaci\u00f3n permanente en competencias digitales, plataformas judiciales, protecci\u00f3n de datos y atenci\u00f3n a personas en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante su intervenci\u00f3n, el gobernador El\u00edas Su\u00e1rez destac\u00f3 especialmente el rol de los Juzgados de Paz, al se\u00f1alar que son, muchas veces, \u201cla primera y la \u00fanica presencia institucional de la Justicia en una comunidad\u201d. En ese sentido, remarc\u00f3 que fortalecerlos significa tambi\u00e9n fortalecer la confianza de la ciudadan\u00eda en sus instituciones y garantizar que el lugar donde vive una persona no determine su posibilidad de acceder a sus derechos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Asimismo, el mandatario provincial agradeci\u00f3 especialmente la presencia de la revista Quorum, medio especializado en el \u00e1mbito de la Justicia y reconocido a nivel nacional, que acompa\u00f1\u00f3 este encuentro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La jornada cont\u00f3 con la presencia del presidente del Superior Tribunal de Justicia, Dr. Federico L\u00f3pez Alzogaray ; la ministra de Justicia y Derechos Humanos, Dra. Matilde O\u2019Mill; Dr. Jos\u00e9 Atilio \u00c1lvarez; el director general de la revista Quorum, Claudio Gurmindo; el senador nacional Jos\u00e9 Neder, integrantes de la Secretar\u00eda de Justicia y Participaci\u00f3n de la provincia de Catamarca y representantes de la provincia de Tucum\u00e1n, adem\u00e1s de ministros, secretarios y legisladores provinciales. Tambi\u00e9n se destac\u00f3 especialmente la participaci\u00f3n de los jueces de Paz de la provincia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El Gobierno de la Provincia reafirm\u00f3 su compromiso de acompa\u00f1ar este proceso de fortalecimiento institucional, tecnol\u00f3gico y territorial, con el objetivo de que la Justicia pueda llegar a cada comunidad, independientemente de las distancias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
