Por instrucci\u00f3n del gobernador El\u00edas Su\u00e1rez, se est\u00e1 relevando la red vial terciaria de todo el territorio en conjunto con el Consejo Profesional de Ingenier\u00eda y Afines para priorizar obras frente al fen\u00f3meno El Ni\u00f1o y garantizar el buen estado de los caminos rurales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El Gobierno de la Provincia de Santiago del Estero suscribe un Protocolo Espec\u00edfico de Asistencia T\u00e9cnica con el Consejo Profesional de Ingenier\u00eda y Afines para ejecutar un estudio integral de la red vial terciaria provincial. La medida, instruida por el gobernador El\u00edas Su\u00e1rez, integra una estrategia de prevenci\u00f3n ante los posibles efectos del fen\u00f3meno clim\u00e1tico de El Ni\u00f1o durante el per\u00edodo 2026-2027, el cual puede ocasionar lluvias intensas y afectar severamente la transitabilidad en zonas rurales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El acuerdo se suscribe el 25 de agosto por el jefe de Gabinete de Ministros, Dr. V\u00edctor Araujo; el ministro de Obras, Servicios P\u00fablicos y Agua, Arq. Aldo Ren\u00e9 Hid; el secretario ejecutivo del Consejo Econ\u00f3mico Social, Dr. Miguel \u00c1ngel Mandrille; y el Ing. Agr. Mario Hugo Mondino, en representaci\u00f3n del Consejo Profesional. La ejecuci\u00f3n de las tareas t\u00e9cnicas territoriales est\u00e1 a cargo del Centro de Ingenieros Civiles de Santiago del Estero, en el marco del Convenio de Cooperaci\u00f3n y Fortalecimiento de Capacidades T\u00e9cnicas firmado previamente el 6 de julio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El objetivo central de la iniciativa es conocer el estado real de los caminos vecinales que conectan a las comunidades rurales con los servicios esenciales. Este diagn\u00f3stico permite planificar intervenciones a tiempo y generar protocolos de asistencia que garantizan el acceso continuo ante posibles emergencias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El trabajo de campo y an\u00e1lisis t\u00e9cnico cuenta con un plazo de ejecuci\u00f3n de 10 meses, estipulando la entrega de informes parciales de avance cada 60 d\u00edas. Como resultado de este relevamiento exhaustivo, la provincia obtiene un mapa actualizado de la red de caminos terciarios, una clasificaci\u00f3n detallada de su estado segmentada por regiones y departamentos, y un plan de priorizaci\u00f3n para obras viales futuras. Esta informaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica resulta vital para definir d\u00f3nde es prioritario intervenir primero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La coordinaci\u00f3n general de estas acciones es llevada adelante por el Ministerio de Obras y Servicios P\u00fablicos de la provincia, trabajando de manera conjunta con el ingeniero civil Facundo Moya Cocco, designado por el Consejo Profesional.<\/p>\n\n\n
