En conmemoraci\u00f3n del D\u00eda Mundial de la Salud Mental, el pr\u00f3ximo s\u00e1bado se realizar\u00e1 la 1\u00b0 Marat\u00f3n Intercolegial Itinerante \u201cTu mente tambi\u00e9n necesita movimiento\u201d, que se desarrollar\u00e1 con la participaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 2.500 alumnos que cursan el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o del secundario pertenecientes a distintos colegios de la ciudad Capital, quienes competir\u00e1n en un trayecto de 6 km.
Los objetivos de esta propuesta, que se extender\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n a otros puntos de la provincia, son promover la actividad f\u00edsica, la contenci\u00f3n emocional, la adopci\u00f3n de h\u00e1bitos saludables y visibilizar la importancia fundamental de la salud mental y la gesti\u00f3n de las emociones dentro del \u00e1mbito educativo y de la comunidad en general. Adem\u00e1s, ser\u00e1 un espacio de concientizaci\u00f3n, entretenimiento con m\u00e1s de 30 stands, food trucks, show en vivo, teatro, m\u00fasica, juegos y sorteos.
La largada ser\u00e1 a las 7 de la ma\u00f1ana en el Parque Aguirre, en el sector del ex predio de Changolandia.
El anuncio fue realizado por la presidente del Consejo General de Educaci\u00f3n, Mar\u00eda Elena Herrera; el secretario de Deportes y Recreaci\u00f3n, Carlos Dapello; el director del Centro Provincial de Abordaje Integral de Salud Mental, N\u00e9stor Medina; el director de Desarrollo Social y Salud Comunitaria, Gonzalo Ter\u00e1n; la directora del Gabinete Psicosociopedag\u00f3gico del Nivel Secundario, Adriana Villalba, y la referente del \u00e1rea de Adolescencias y Juventudes, Antonella Far\u00edas.
Herrera dijo que se busca insertar la educaci\u00f3n emocional en las escuelas p\u00fablicas y brindar herramientas a los alumnos para el manejo de sus emociones, adem\u00e1s de promover h\u00e1bitos saludables y una convivencia arm\u00f3nica dentro y fuera de la escuela.
Explic\u00f3 que los premios ser\u00e1n grupales. Para todos los alumnos de la divisi\u00f3n que logren el primer puesto habr\u00e1 bicicletas mountain bike; relojes digitales que hacen tambi\u00e9n el control de la salud para quienes alcancen el segundo puesto y mochilas con set matero para toda la divisi\u00f3n para los terceros.
\u201cCada divisi\u00f3n participante va a ganar siempre y cuando lleguen los primeros 11 de la divisi\u00f3n, de esta manera vamos fomentando los v\u00ednculos entre pares y generando ese compa\u00f1erismo que queremos destacar\u201d, precis\u00f3.
Villalba, por su parte, destac\u00f3 que \u201cdesde el Gabinete de Nivel Secundario se viene trabajando durante dos semanas con talleres en las escuelas para abordar problem\u00e1ticas de salud mental y educaci\u00f3n emocional\u201d.
En tanto, el secretario de Deportes recalc\u00f3 que \u201cel deporte escolar ocupa un lugar preponderante dentro de la pol\u00edtica deportiva que lleva adelante el Gobierno provincial\u201d y felicit\u00f3 al Consejo General de Educaci\u00f3n por esta brillante idea.
Desde el Centro Provincial de Abordaje Integral de Salud Mental, su director N\u00e9stor Medina destac\u00f3 que \u201ces una oportunidad para generar conciencia sobre esta problem\u00e1tica, especialmente entre los j\u00f3venes, y para mostrar que desde el Ministerio de Salud contamos con espacios de tratamiento y acompa\u00f1amiento para ellos y sus familias\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n
